The whole team starting from Kate at the front desk and to the therapists, mine being Heather are top notch, knowledgeable, focused and caring. Upon entering Regain, you are met with a cheerful relaxing environment where you will surely flourish and progress. Regain has private therapy rooms where you are treated to one on one attention, not like many other places that juggle several clients at once. Also there is a diverse variety of equipment to keep boredom at bay and help you stay focused and progress swiftly. I have been to other PT treatment in Rochester as well as NYC, however, Regain Physical Therapy puts them all to shame. I have only had a few sessions to address a knee injury and a sprained wrist, both of which have miraculously and swiftly begun to heal thanks to my caring angel therapist Heather. A friend recommended Regain Physical Therapy while I was having an issue with my left foot. I was going to a foot doctor for almost two years and my foot was not getting any better. After 4 visits at Regain my foot problem was eliminated. My therapist at Regain was extremely knowledgeable and spent the entire time during my appointments one-on-one. I went to Regain for pain in my knee which made it difficult to go up or down stairs. I was prescribed a number of excersizes which helped strengthen the areas that support the knee. I received 1:1 attention/interaction with my therapist at Regain for the duration of the entire session which was not the case with other places I had been. The therapists at other places usually juggled time with me and other patients. Alyssa did a fabulous job. She was attentive and offered great suggestions and support. Regain PT is a great place I would highly recommend. I was referred to PT by my primary care doctor for chronic shoulder pain. I met with Nichole who quickly diagnosed my issue and set me up on a rehab program. Working with Ryan for a few weeks, she did rehab, worked through exercises and gave me a regiment to work on at home. Amazingly, my chronic pain reduced and then went totally away. I love Heather and the gang. At most places you only meet with the physical therapist for about 10 minutes and then you work by yourself the rest of the time but at Regain they work with you for your entire appointment. They really helped me with my knee replacements. I love them and would recommend them to anyone! read more
