Stay Brush Tree had a great price, but even better tossed in a bunch of odd jobs like removing another 40' dead pine, chopping up another fallen tree on my heavily wooded lot, and removing a huge eyesore of a brush pile that had accumulated over many years (leaving absolutely NO trace of it) for very little extra. Clean up was spectacular. Not only did they clean up any and all of their own messes, they cleaned up many of mine in the. process, leaving my yard looking like a well cared for national park. Incredibly, they were soonest available, too. Brian, the owner, is a knowledgeable arborist, and generously spent some time educating me on the care of my property. We did contact them in October, but they never attempted to complete the contract service. Quick to grab your cash, then crickets after they get your money. They claim I said not to clear garage fronts. Seriously. When I questioned why they left snow on drive & front of garage they said it was packed ice they can't remove. Noone uses drive as it is a 2nd home. They quoted to shovel front of garage which is shorter than front walkway but quote was 3x more. They claim they misquoted our front walk. They attempted to plow next snow & again terrible job. I have security cameras & they said they came to fix it & noone is on camera, but I was charged. I asked to cancel contract. They gave me 2 differ snow totals with differ $$ I asked to talk to owner James He sounded like he could care less. They also want to charge $250 to break contract. I have attempted to contact them numerous times & now no response. I still do not have my very small but refund they said I would get. I would not use them or recommend them. They do not do quality work! Thankfully I found someone else who does an excellent job for much less $$$ and I pay as he plows/shovels. He also contacts me when he is coming to house.
