So, whenever we have had to do maintenance on the system, we have called them for service. Their technicians are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Recently, we felt the iron filter was not working well enough. We scheduled an appointment for Hanson to send someone over. Dustin came to check out our iron filter and determined that at 15+ years we had some hard choices to make. He walked us through our options, patiently answered my questions, and did not try and sell anything specific. We talked about replacing the water softener at the same time. He ran tests and confirmed it was in working order. We scheduled time for them to replace the iron filter. Again, Dustin and his assistant arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. He took the time to explain the whole setup to me and ensured I was comfortable with the work done. They are easy to work with and a great service-oriented company. I also love the fact they are heavily involved in the local community. Strongly recommend Hanson Soft Water for any water filtration needs. Wish more businesses were like them!

Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He came prepared with anything he needed, even if he had to rebuilt it. Turned out it was not my softener. Aaron took a quick look around, found the leak was the float switch on sump pump, told me the size, so I could let a plumber know & recommended a couple in the area. I actually found one exactly the same on Amazon & replaced it myself! If not for Aaron, I probably still would not know where this flood was coming from. He is a great asset to your company! I really appreciated him going above & beyond, when most contractors do what they come to do & they're out the door. It only took him a minute, but it saved me from more headaches & a lot of money. While it worked better than tap water, it still left too much residue. The five-gallon bottles are heavy, unwieldy, and nearly impossible to open. Overall, the service is too expensive. It would be cheaper in the long run to have a reverse osmosis system installed. Customer service operators can be rude.
