Espresso crusted sirloin and mole braised chicken. Our sides were coconut jasmine rice (YUMMM), horseradish and dill purple potatoes, roasted root veggies, and bacon butternut hash. Seriously everything was amazing but the best were the apps, rice, and beef/chicken! He was a pleasure to work with and I would love to use him when we go down to visit or for our anniversary dinner.
