The previous caterers I spoke with couldn't give me ideas! I was shocked. But Tracy knew exactly what I wanted and made perfect suggestions! The food was delicious, the chicken salad on petite croissants was excellent. Then she had two other finger sandwiches of egg salad on marbled pumpernickel and Ricotta and cucumber on wheat that were also excellent. We had penne pasta salad with roasted tomatoes, asparagus and artichokes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a chopped Romain salad with blueberries, grapes and goat cheese with a lemon vinaigrette that was soooo yummy. Even though this was a very small luncheon with only 15 people, the quality was still superb. I couldn't have been happier and I am very picky.
