The previous caterers I spoke with couldn't give me ideas! I was shocked. But Tracy knew exactly what I wanted and made perfect suggestions! The food was delicious, the chicken salad on petite croissants was excellent. Then she had two other finger sandwiches of egg salad on marbled pumpernickel and Ricotta and cucumber on wheat that were also excellent. We had penne pasta salad with roasted tomatoes, asparagus and artichokes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a chopped Romain salad with blueberries, grapes and goat cheese with a lemon vinaigrette that was soooo yummy. Even though this was a very small luncheon with only 15 people, the quality was still superb. I couldn't have been happier and I am very picky. Trish not only helped figure out what we needed in terms of food but how to structure set up, serving, etc. into our event. We had a specific plan in place before the event which she implemented with perfection. The food tasted delicious, was beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff was friendly and professional and moved in and out so quickly and quietly that we didn't really notice the set up or clean up as these were happening. My only very minor criticism is that it took some time to get an initial call back. But otherwise, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.
