These condo units are all owned but some people rent their units. Most of the units based on the views and size near the $1M mark. The rental condo units hover around $4,400 per month. As guests we had to use the valet service which was complimentary with optional tipping. The movie threatre room was a pretty good addition to the amenities. Just a few steps from the building are a plethora of riverside entertainment with restaurants and bars along the Las Olas Blvd.

They have a full staff, front desk but if you wish to rent an apartment or buy a condo, such sales or rentals are not done through the Waverly but by independent realtors or real estate agents. I can't really go four stars, which would indicate I'm a fan of the place, but for living accommodation no problem giving it Three Stars Plus. Though the signs state "The Waverly at Las Olas," it's really located several blocks north of Las Olas and to the best of my knowledge Las Olas is technically Fort Lauderdale itself, not even being one of the officially designated neighborhoods of Fort Lauderdale.

Great for families, usually very safe in regards to no rip currents. There is no lifeguard but EMS does pass by frequently on the ATV's. Parking may be difficult but if you want to avoid crowds this is your place.
