We heard him outside the door getting another group ready for their escape room while we were waiting for our chimes. When we told him at the end, all he said was it was part of the escape room. Basically, they either need to get more staff or give more time to make up for the time missed waiting on them. I don't think the time we got (due to lack of staff and waiting) added up to the amount of money I spent.
