I've been here before and had decent experiences, so this visit was a bit disappointing. The catfish itself was fine, but the cornmeal batter really held it back and just wasn't for me. The calamari had the same issue and came out squishy and low quality. The fried oysters were actually pretty good and seemed to use a beer batter, which made me wonder why they don't use that across the board. The seafood boil was not fresh, over seasoned, and overall a letdown, with the potatoes being the freshest thing in the bag. Most meals came with "Cajun" fries, in quotes because there was almost no seasoning and were somewhat soggy. Wow, this was a lot. Pretty much quantity over quality. We got the shrimp and lobster combo with the mixed seasoning. IMO WAYYYYYY over seasoned. Could use 1/4 the seasoning and I'd be fine. This is a long winded review, and I want to start off this review by saying that I've worked in the food industry, so I know how hectic it can get sometimes. But my families experience tonight was horrible, and with the amount of money we spent, it's disappointing to say the least. From the moment we walked in, till the moment we left, terrible customer service. We were sat at our table, and the two waitresses walked by our table countless times within about 20 minutes. They didn't get our drinks, heck, they literally didn't even acknowledge us with a "hi I'll be right with y'all", until about 20 minutes when the hostess walked over and told them we were waiting. Maybe it was miscommunication, but we weren't hidden in a corner, nor was it busy in the slightest, we were one of maybe 4 groups in the restaurant at that time. Our waitress finally came over, and got our order. We ordered one of the family platters and specifically asked to not have the Cajun sauce on it. Guess what came out? Cajun seafood platter. At that point we were hungry so we just ate it. Asked for extra plates since we were sharing, didn't get those until the meal was almost finished. Not once were we offered refills on our drinks. When asked if we could please get some of the utensils to crack the crab, our waitress said they didn't have any because everyone had been stealing them...uhm, okay. Disappointment turned to annoyance, when not even five minutes later, the other waitress comes walking out with several of those utensils in hand for the table next to us. On the topic of that waitress (gal with blue/green hair), I understand being in a position where you may not have childcare for the night, and you can't miss work, therefore your child comes to work with you. Not ideal, but I get that you do what you gotta do, life happens. Where I personally have a problem with this specific situation, is when your 3 small children (no older than 5), are going in and out of the kitchen, fetching things from the kitchen for you to give to your customers, and running around. That's both a safety and sanitary issue. Idk if the manager just wasn't around, and it was a case of "when the cats away the mice will play", or if this is an ongoing issue. Either way, this place has the potential to be something great, because the food really is good. The service is horrendous though. I'm the type of person that would rather have bad food, but treated nicely, especially when spending over $200. Doesn't matter if the food was good, when you're not treated well. I truly hope the higher ups care enough to get things under control. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, and will not be recommending to anyone. Very disappointed. I originally wasn't going to post this to Yelp, and was just going to email the business personally and discretely, but there's nowhere on the website to reach out to anyone through email, so this is how I will go about it. read more

My last night visiting my brother in Lawton, he wanted to take me here. He says it is one of his favorite places to eat. I will say the prices seem a little high, but I don't think they are ridiculously high. Walked in and I noticed a lot of writing on the walls. I don't know if these are employees or customers, but either way I thought it was pretty cool. We all ordered the same thing, Seafood Party ( Shrimp, Crab leg, and sausage) but did it with different levels of spice. I thought everything tasted amazing. I will be the first to admit I get lazy picking crab, especially the legs but I tried getting to all the meat. The shrimp and sausage was really good as well. Not my typical seafood boil restaurant. I'm use to a rich butter sauce with flavor!, this was more of an oil base boil. The worse part is this is the only one in town. They serve you on a platter oppose to in a bag where the flavors would be able to penetrate into the seafood and not just sit on top, therefore my crawfish were dry and lacked flavor. The crab were hard to eat being that they were over cooked and I could eat it in one whole piece. It needed more butter on the platter so I could sop it up. I guess since I'll be living here a few weeks I'll give it another try, but really wish they would use a butter base instead. read more

It's out first time here, but I want to review to assist this venue to get to five stars. Though the food was good, it wasn't great. The establishment looked like any seafood broil eatery in the west coast and had the essentials: seafood, bar, and fend for yourself to get your grub on. The menu was appeasing and made you want to try everything. But being my first time I ensured I got my usual or at least close to what I get. I order my usual dozen half shells as an appetizer and then my meal. The appetizer came with the main meal so I was disappointed that my main meal got to the point where the butter even became its original solid form bc I was also focus on putting down my oysters. The oysters were good in side and very well cleaned, but they "looked" big bc of their puffiness due to leaving them in cold ice water and in the fridge where they collect enough water individually to stay alive while in wait to be demolished my consumers; so I give them a 2.5 outta 5. At first it seemed that their 1 LB portion didn't look the part bc I'm use to having the seafood weighted to ensure that the consumer is paying what they ordered (I miss Cali and Thailand/ Japan for they!!) I ordered Combo #2 Cajun and Fire level. Though you can taste the heat the spiciness diminished bc the Cajun sauce was sweet (idk abt anyone else, but Cajun isn't sweet????) I should've gone with the Garlic Butter..like I mentioned the food and quality would've been better if my food stayed warm bc at first bite my food was already cooling down. The service was minor bc I felt like our waitress was MIA majority of the time bc the other waitress were active. I had to venture and seek out my own condiments, napkins, asking other active waitresses for things bc she was not around. Beer was flat as well, time to change your condensers or cooling system. I asked for a house Bloody Mary and some other drinks, they seem to not have inventory for drinks. Prices were decent. I wasn't positive, but didn't see any steak options. I would add it to your menu. Surf and turf?? Recommendations: - When waited: Have your side of basic condiments ready: salt/ pepper (bottles not lil packets), ketchup, hot sauce, napkins, straws, horse radish, etc. - Beer jugs were not chilled, made the beer flat and warm to drink. - Have some plastics covered cups for the young ones in case they spill - Your establishment is quite open and large. I liked the decision to have a game area, but sadly the area had only 2x pool tables and a electric dart machine, but doesn't work. All the televisions didn't seem active or working. You had a good channel playing at a food establishment??? NO! - I can see your venue definitely have a full house, but with this much room..I would add more entertainment maybe an outside porch or yard behind towards the empty parking lot I always notice when I pass through here. Have a volley ball court, some corn hole, ring toss, outside backyard bar??? It'll probably help being a bigger crowd bc if the food stayed how it does then the attraction would alone bring a good crowd that would love a nice outing. Are you from somewhere like Louisiana ? If so, you'll understand that boils go on the paper table, not a plate. And that's what the do here. There are so many different types of seasoning that they boil up your food and add the spice in the bag. They use dry seasoning like everyone in these parts so do not expect Louisiana. But hey if you understand that, then you will enjoy it. It's pricey. They have no kids menu but waitress did point out chicken on the lunch menu that worked fine I got the hottest and my lips tingled. Yum. It was NOT andouille sausage, but it doesn't claim to be. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The waitress was also the hostess. Very sweet young Asian girl. I did not get her name. Very polite. Upbeat. I really liked her. She kept my sweet tea filled. They have high chairs but no boosters seats. A quiet atmosphere. Several tv's around. Clean. A you man was going trough sweeping if he saw anything on the floor. I am thinking most of these complaints are from people who have never experienced a boil. Be aware, because they use dry spices instead of liquid spices, it's really REALLY messy when you eat. So be prepared to pay anywhere from 20.00+ - 65.00 for two people. Lunch is cheaper. $20.00 probably my if you get the lunch menu. But I wanted to try crab with shrimp and crawfish. Oh and those from the south. One potato does not mean one small round potato like in boils. They have large potatoes that are cubed. Look forward to hearing what others say. read more

Finally stopped in here while in town. It's a big place with a lot of seating including bar area and back room with 2 pool tables. It was kinda empty probably due to this Covid taking place. We shared some Cajun bone-in wings and they're good. Wife and I both ordered the seafood party boil with mixed seasoning and medium heat. Very flavorful, we enjoy the mix of seasonings; crab cooked well, potatoes soft, sliced sausage tender, shrimp was shrimp lol, only issue was our corn was cold like it was in a bucket of cold water but other than that everything else was enjoyable. The food was delicious, although it was missing items that were advertised on the menu. This was very disappointing to us because we were looking forward to what we ordered. Secondly, I asked the server if we could have some items left out for small children because my five year old does not like spicy food, the server gave me an unprofessional response saying that it was something they could not do and that my request was unreasonable. All I was asking for was a few items to be left unseasoned and aside for a child to eat. Lastly, this location has one of those walls where customers can write on them. The crab and shrimp were as well but tasted a 5 out of 10. The problem is that they are selling fresh seafood prices but giving Walmart frozen seafood meals. I eat a lot of seafood and this was lack thereof but we are in Lawton, OK. Even so, for the amount paid it was a complete rip off. We both had a seafood boil and it was a ton of food. Big portions plenty of options, flavor choices, and spice options. Our server Jahmika was great very attentive didn't rush us and we were there forever with all the food. This is a great addition to the Lawton area and gives people that like seafood another option besides Red Lobster. read more
