I used to go to her office years ago. She worked on a cut I had on my finger. The sutures came out in less than two days. I came back for a follow up appointment . I let one of her staff members know that she did a awful job on my stitches and she over heard me complaining about her lack of skills and had the nerve to get a attitude with me. Save your time and money if you're looking for a primary care doctor. This place is fine if you have a common cold, but if you have any serious or long term health conditions then go elsewhere. They don't return phone calls and take their sweet time providing test results and if you call asking for an update they act irritated. Doctor doesn't even review the test results with you, a random front desk person just calls you. The facility is old, they can't really do anything in house. Go elsewhere read more

On May 22nd at 0946 Went in to do a follow up for an injury, intake staff Angelica took me in for vitals amd askednwhat I was here for today and what medicines was I prescribed at the ER i told her injured at work and that I was not sure how to pronounce the medicine nor spell it and that I did not want to butcher the name and asked if she could look for it on ER after health summary I provided her she quickly looked at it then pointed at medicines that where administered for pain/swelling at the ER such as Morphine etc all listed under what was administered not prescribed ! also she asked if that was it which I replied no thats Morphine that is not it and that my prescriptions thatnwhere prescribed to me are listed on the paperworl she was holding she then gave me back my paperwork and said could look for them (with an attitude), all this took place during her taking my blood pressure..yes during a matter of time that it takes to get your blood reading I guess she expected me to look over paperwork one handed in a chair and also talk during my vital check! as I struggled to not drop my papers I said I need a desk the blood pressure machine then stopped where she removed the arm band and I told her I was gonna step out and call my girlfriend to assist me because i was jot getting help. I walked out to where all the other staff is and she continues to be rude and tell me "yea when you find out talk to reception and try to come back so I open the lobby door and call my girlfriend to assist me and while I am doing that she is telling the manager that I am being rude (all this while I am 15 feet away so I turned to there direction and asked how was I rude ? she rambled very nervously about asking for medicines making no point and I told her my question to you is how am I being rude ? she now adds that Inraised my voice (the room we were in is 4 ft across the admin area where all the staff is no one ever came in nor did they hear any disturbance and thay is because this never hapened. The manager asked me to step into an office where I explained everything that happened, the manager looked over my ER after health summary report and said she did not see prescribed medicines so I said I gave them to Angelica so she went out of the office and came back with 2 additional pieces of paper from the after health summary that Angelica had kept when ingagingnthe manager... that is where it had the medication listed literraly on page 2, Manager heard me out and said she was sorry and that she can send another girl in to finish and this is where I told her I would stay but the fact that Angelica is lying and tried to flip this like I was the rude one is a concern and also the fact that all staff may be friends made me uncomfortable to get treated as well. I said I will seek services somewhere else and also that I wanna make a formal complaint and that if manager would not take my complaint I coupd go higher, she gave me her personal email, gathered the names said thank you and left. read more

Worst office I wish doctors respected you time as much as we do there. It's to bad the dr Laughlin's P.A.'s are giving her practice a terrible reputation. I've never even seen dr Laughlin. They leave you waiting in a room forever while nurses tell y out they're on a phone appt, while they're supposed to be discussing your health with you at said time they're on a phone appt. absolutely ridiculous. Terrible medical practices. All the PA's there don't really give a shit. It's to bad that the American health system is a freaking joke. read more

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Laughlin for 30 years. Yes, but there are some issues in long waiting times. Dr. Laughlin was out for a while. We will still keep coming to see her and or the PA's . And thanks to the staff. read more

As an employee at another medical practice, I don't believe in Yelp reviews for doctors. People only leave reviews when there's an incentive, or if they're pissed off (usually about a long wait or a bill they got because they don't understand their insurance). However, I decided to leave a review that actually reflects my experience with the doctor, not my impatience or my inability to follow my insurance plan benefits, so here goes: I was a new patient to Dr. Laughlin about a month or so ago, and what I left the office feeling was that Dr. Laughlin really and truly cares about her patients!! Okay, yes, I did have to wait an hour to be seen with an appointment but HELLLOOOOO.... when was the last time you went to the doctor and DIDN'T have to wait to be seen? An hour seems to be the normal wait time for a lot of doctors.... I would actually be concerned if I didn't have to wait, because that would mean the doctor is rushing through patients in order to stay on schedule, and as a patient, I really don't want to feel rushed while meeting with a doctor about my health. Dr. Laughlin was very professional, but also very friendly, and I felt comfortable while speaking with her, which is not something you can say about a lot of doctors (like the ones who rush through patient care to stay on schedule!!) and I really appreciated that. Her staff was great, and WOW were they busy people!! The receptionist was busy answering phones and making appointments, answering insurance and lab questions, all the while still being very welcoming and kind to all the patients that came in- that's no simple task and I was impressed. The office was neat and tidy and well air conditioned (always a plus!) Oh, and the lab is right around the corner, so if you need blood work done you really don't have to go far! All in all it was a good visit with a great doctor. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Laughlin to anybody who needs a primary care doctor who isn't going to make you feel like just another task to run through. read more

I personally have not met Dr. Laughlin, but I do see Jackie the PA there... She is amazing. Being in Healthcare myself and my past experiences with my other PCP's I do set my standards of my healthcare high.. And Jackie has checked all the boxes thus far.. And her MA Leslie is the most amazing MA I have came across she is great... For the rest of the staff there I cannot really say, my interaction is brief and really only with the receptionist for my co pay she is friendly.. I haven't came across anyone rude there yet.. I most definitely would recommend Jackie she really goes above and beyond my healthcare and answers any questions I have and she takes her time with me not rushing out of the exam room.. She has great bedside manner and a great solution solver.. She seems to really care for her patients ( well for me ) I appreciate you Jackie.. And Leslie she is hard working and gets my paperwork done and quickly and always calls me when my labs are in and updates me on any referrals I have... And she gets them approved in no time..I truly appreciate you Leslie... Leslie also has a great bedside manner and so so so nice. I cannot thank you guys enough for all the hard work you do for me as a patient.... I think I have finally found my PCP... read more

I only gave it one star because there's no option for zero stars. I have been there 2 times and both times I've yet to see this Dr. Laughlin I did however see the nurse practitioner Laura who is the rudest person I've met in my life! Her bedside manner is horrible and her attitude is even worse. She's uncaring, insensitive and extremely dismissive. I have since changed to Kaiser because I'd rather die than see this horrific woman again. She never addressed my medical issues and treated me as if I were less than, like she was above me. If you're looking for a doctor do not go here! The patient waiting rooms are filthy and both times I've been staff and doctors alike are all huddled in a group laughing and joking around. I told her I had RLS and told her the exact dosage several times and when I pick up my prescription the dose she gave me was a 100 times the dose I'm supposed to take! Calling them about anything is horrible as nobody has any idea about what's going on. You ask to leave a message for the doctor and they say they'll email her your concerns. They are literally within arms reach of each other and you can't verbally tell the doctor a message, idiots! read more

Dr. Laughlin was my doctor. She is a very good, caring doctor but the wait time was horrible. Making appointments was also a hassle. Every time I called I would be sent to urgent care or the only appointment available was in weeks. Even getting back results from tests either took forever or never received a call or information...nothing. Although doctor was caring, it felt insincere. I switched doctors & I couldn't be happier. My new doctor can see me right away, the longest wait has been 15 minutes, and I always get a call back or an appointment with her to reviews any tests. Anyway, I hate writing negative comments but I hope things get better in Dr. Laughlin's office. read more

Dr. Laughlin told me my Mom, her patient for over 20 years, had weeks to live and then promptly gave me a phone number of where to donate her body to science. Then she says, "They use the parts they want and use the rest to plant a tree." It was disgusting and so is Dr. Laughlin. If you value your health please find another doctor. read more

Horrible horrible!!! If I could submit a negative -5 stars I would. Where do I begin... I signed up with this doctor the beginning of this year and have an extreme chronic diagnosis which they seem to give no care or concern about. I have received no treatment for my condition because after being sent to UCI and the vascular surgeon sending requests and referrals to them they have not done their part in getting them approved or properly authorizing them... not to mention, screwing the codes up that are needed in the referrals. I have had to do all the footwork for my own referrals. very sad!!!! they do not call you whatsoever you will not hear any follow-up from them and when you do call they have no idea what you're talking about. Also very horrible staff they have working here I called once literally in tears crying in pain wanting to know why the referrals were taking so long because I needed to get into the surgeon ASAP and the female who answered the phone I was crying telling her my issue and she started laughing... and I was shocked my heart dropped and I was extremely outraged I asked her what are you laughing at why are you laughing in my face she said stuttering oh I was laughing at my coworker yeah right and even if you were you should never answer the phone like that period. All the staff are concerned about is what they are doing for lunch and standing around chit chatting and gossiping. It takes two hours to get seen once you're in their office oh and not to mention how gross it is when you're sitting waiting for the doctor in the rooms you'll find cobwebs and spiderwebs everywhere this place is not kept up or clean like it should be. To this day my condition has worsened UCI is requesting urgent time sensitive referrals to be authorized and these morons are not doing their job it is very frustrating and I can't wait to switch insurance the first of next year. But don't think I will only take this to Yelp because this Medical Group definitely needs reprimanded. read more

Dr. Laughlin has been my doctor for 3 years. The staff are pleasant, the waiting room is pleasant, the wait time is usually about 15 minutes. I feel like a valued patient during my visit and if I call with questions. She is a perfect Dr. for me. The doctor makes you wait for at least 2 hours before you are even seen. Her staff would rather talk and joke around with each other . The office is very unprofessional. Their office hours are horrible. They are closed for lunch everyday for 2 hours and on wed.'s they are only open till 12pm. Don't use this doctor. read more

Horrible experience! I agree with one of the prior patients, as my husband and I were provided Dr. Laughlin as our PCP. Our first appointment was with the nurse practitioner, as Dr. Laughlin didn't have any openings for weeks. Due to my husband's diagnosis in the hospital, he had to be off of work for a few months. We didn't receive a phone call to review blood work, and getting her to fill out disability paperwork has been a nightmare. We will switch to a different doctor soon. Hopefully, we can get Dr. Sultana back. read more
