never got to see a dentist; the office policy was not patient friendly, even before you ever became…read morea patient. made an appointment and kept getting information about completing a bunch of patient forms, which I assumed would be sent via email, but were never received. then I received a text that because I hadn't completed the patient forms by theit deadline, my appointment had been cancelled and I could call back to reschedule. when I called back explaining that there were no forms, the receptionist informed me that there was a link for me to click to for the forms. their office policy was if you didn't submit the forms in a timely manner your appointment was cancelled. however if I completed the forms inmediately I could still have that original appointment. but then I had to take an important phone call, so I decided not to bother seeing a dentist who chose to have such rigid office rules, even before the patient showed up. plenty of other dentist offices where you are welcomed, not lectured to before you even walk in their door!

I knew it was an incorrect or an intentional misleading information, so I pressed against the $150 estimate she gave me and she admitted it's the lab fee, not the crown. BUT I ASKED ABOUT THE CROWN, NOT SOME RANDOM FEE. She kept refusing to give me an estimate but kept trying to sell me a "promo" to get scans first, among other things. RED FLAG!!! When I pressed to get an estimate because I'm shopping around, she basically said go find another dental office who can help you. That phone conversation was extremely predatory, be careful!
