She keeps my son's interest and attention to the task. He has learned and improved a great deal since he has been coming here. I have referred several families to NTS, who are now clients as well and are very pleased. I have seen other providers of occupational therapy conducting therapy in small rooms with barely anything in it (maybe a ball and a floor type swing). NTS has several rooms full of equipment and toys, a skateboard ramp, a zip-line, rock climbing wall, and more swings than you can think of. The learning and improvement opportunities here are endless. I would not take my son anywhere else. Highly recommended. THANK YOU NTS FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY SON!

I came for my first drug screen and had no idea what to expect. Many of the Google reviews were…read moreterrible with long waits, etc. I originally went to the Greens location and was told it would be an hour/hour & a half wait. I called this location & asked for an estimated wait time and the guy who answered was very friendly and helpful. It came out to be a game of chance, but I took it anyways. This location was closer to where I needed to be after anyways, so it was more convenient. Once I got there, the area this is located in and the inside of this Concentra was very bright and clean. The guy at the desk (I'm assuming the same one who answered my phone call) was very nice and the check-in process was very smooth and quick. I probably waited 7 minutes before someone called my name, which was about 60 minutes earlier than I expected (based off negative reviews). The guy that helped me with my drug screen was friendly and the process was very quick. I probably spent 5 minutes back there and I was good to go. Couldn't of asked for a better experience for something like this!

Better communication and professionalism would make a big difference. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I felt that more empathy and clearer communication from the doctor would have made the experience much better. I wasn't upset about being referred. I was upset because I felt the decision was made without any discussion. I expected questions about my symptoms and more explanation of the next steps. For many years, raising a child with special needs felt like something we just had to figure out on our own.
