Great location, reasonable prices, and wonderful staff!…read more Very friendly proprietor who helped us with the coin-op machines: we were in unfamiliar territory as we were traveling from the USA and at the midpoint of our trip. The launderette is open 08:00 to 20:00, Monday-Saturday; 08:00 to 18:00 on Sunday. Last wash is one hour before closing. There are other stores within walking distance if one wishes to eat or pick up groceries or other supplies.

The owner is REALLY as good as everybody says. Super helpful! The cost for my self service load was 15-17 pounds total. Washing machines are a little small so one big load is actually two small or medium loads. The dryers are huge and will take both medium sized loads for only one dryer cycle. Lots of different food and drink choices on the same block of a charming London road...typical fish n chips pub, fancy coffee house, outdoor Italian place, Indian, Thai, etc. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. So if you want to save a bunch of money, OR--more importantly--if you want to get away from your family after a week of playing tourist...this is definitely your place. I went on a Wednesday early afternoon 1:30-3:00p, FYI.

Shirts for 99p (wash & press on hanger) Duvets and Blankets from £12 and Curtains from £14:99 10 shirts from £7 pressing on). They open seven days a week so no sabbath for them then. I spoke to the shop on the phone. I was polite and asked for either a refund or for them to re-clean it. I was refused both and the owner of the shop raised his voice and was extremely rude. Awful service, do not use.

The lady working there was super helpful and made the whole process easy. One big reason I chose this laundrette over others was the payment options -- no confusing cash exchange here. They accept both cash (euro) and card, and I was able to just tap to pay for the wash and detergent, which made it super convenient. I brought in a small suitcase of clothes and was in and out in about an hour. I'll definitely be back whenever I need laundry done in London!
