Bums hanging around outside drunk. The vending machine doesn't have any soap or products you could buy. It's just empty. I really need to find a different laundromat now.

I couldn't imagine a worse experience when it comes to just about everything you would expect from a laundromat. The lady(who described herself as the sister-in-law of the owner) was very rude and not helpful at all. If anything, it seemed like she took pleasure in seeing me struggle.
