Or the machines were just broken. Also Tape over some of the quarter slots as if that they know that they are broken. I usually park in the handicapped because I am handicapped, and there was somebody in there like a whole family just sitting in the car with no placard on their plates or not even a temporary placard I never can understand why the whole family come to the laundromat just so one woman can do the laundry. Bums hanging around outside drunk. The vending machine doesn't have any soap or products you could buy. It's just empty. I really need to find a different laundromat now.

used to love coming here! as of my last visits, it just looks like this place is getting worse and…read moreworse. came in on a sunday morning, not too busy but what made it seem like it was, was that half of their machines were down! half of their dryers weren't working or had missing glass on them. and the very little machines that were available were being taken up by staff doing the drop in laundry. there were WAIT LINES to dry. the workers are super nice and friendly but it just doesn't make up for the rest of it. there's no bathrooms for MONTHS, and when it finally works, there's no toilet paper and staff tells you to bring your own. lmaooooo

I do not have a washer or dryer so I must use local laundromats. I tried this one because it was in close proximity to my residence. I couldn't imagine a worse experience when it comes to just about everything you would expect from a laundromat. The lady(who described herself as the sister-in-law of the owner) was very rude and not helpful at all. If anything, it seemed like she took pleasure in seeing me struggle. I was born in this town, I work downtown as a professional, and I have absolutely no reason to give someone an undeserved bad review. Then again that lady had no reason to give me an undeserved bad attitude. I stand by my words.

Note that on Google Maps this is listed as "BBJs Laundromat" but the storefront and Yelp say "Laundrymat". There's a lot of stuff here, including a softly-playing radio and a small clothing shop, and vending machines. The one thing it DOESN'T have that you'd kind of expect from a laundromat is a change machine...no electronic bill/coin return. I spent a solid five minute pacing the place looking for one; it looks like one exists but is out of order. Instead you have to find and ask the lady walking around with the little fanny pack full of quarters, who I *think* is an owner (?) and speaks mixed English. This wasn't a problem overall for me but I feel it's be easier if they just had a coin machine (and what happens when that lady's not there?). No comment on the driers yet as my stuff's still in the wash, but so far I'd say this is a good place to go.
