There's no legal parking. None. You either risk a ticket or leave. And to make it worse, they've removed or covered every single electrical outlet. You can't charge your phone. You can't plug anything in. It's petty and strange--and it tells you everything you need to know about how little the owner cares. They're clearly cutting every corner while they sit somewhere nice collecting checks from a bunch of places like this. The worst part is one of the machines had a sharp piece of metal inside that destroyed my clothes and cut my hand. Ugh. This is America. There's a few benches for you to sit if you want to wait there. Very clean inside and the person(s) on staff are there in case you have any issues. There are different sized washers depending on how much laundry you have or if you have large items such as comforters. You purchase or load a laundry card and if you have less than $1.00 leftover they will give you change. I just leave it on the card and reload more money the next time I do laundry. There's an ATM inside in case you need to make withdrawals to load your laundry card. A few machines are set up so you can actually use a credit card. I recommend using the smaller dryers because it's actually faster at drying clothes. There are large tables where you can fold your clothes after they're dried. Clean laundromat and there's always machines available when I've gone.

For the owners of this store I suggest you fire this lady or have a serious conversation with her regarding her actions of harassment. The owner, Clint, and his team were extremely helpful, welcoming, and explained how each machine works. They take card and have a card system so EVERY machine works. Unlike other places that advertise that they have big load capacity washers (that are are all broken or only take cash), the Laundry at MV actually has big load capacity washers that work! They have wash and fold service! There were times that I needed help because my kids were running around or I was out on a walk, and the staff moved my clothes from the wash to the dryer, or helped me moved my folded laundry to the car. Last week I accidentally added too much detergent and they taught me the trick of how to keep the bubbles down (fabric softener). I'm so it's machines that are in poor quality so you have to add so much more detergent but if the machines are working and nothing is clogged you actually use less cleaning products. Therefore this place is actually saving me more money! They have a bathroom, ,Wi-Fi, a slop sink, snacks, drinks, and detergents for purchase. I have taken a zoom meeting here on a Friday when it was quiet. The staff keeps everything meticulously clean. After every wash they wipe down each machine and sweep the floors. This is exactly how I want my home lunch route to look--SPOTLESS!! Highly recommend and don't want to gatekeep!
