This next time was fine too but, I noticed I was charged $63.00 to do two loads of laundry and use one drier. I was not comfortable with that and figured it was a simple mistake. I called wash n dry to try to figure out what happened especially because this mistake is now preventing me from getting groceries for the week. The woman on the phone because extremely frustrated with me and GENUINELY STARTED YELLING AT ME THAT I WASNT LISTENING TO A WORD SHE WAS SAYING AND HUNG UP ON ME. I find this to be wild and incredibly unprofessional. I asked her what her name was and she yelled "IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT MY NAME IS" ok. I'm pretty sure you're the lady in the wheelchair but alright. So, to say the least I absolutely will NOT be returning to this laundromat. (Mind you I was impressed to see a handwritten card from the business owner and thought wow I definitely love this place what a warm touch, then get yelled at by a staff like literally two days later because I'm stressed on the phone trying to figure out why two loads of laundry cost me $63) It seems like the owner is a really genuine person and I have a strong feeling if he heard the way I was spoken to by someone representing his business he would be extremely disappointed.

It was cool. Well kept clean and had great music playing on the TV by way of YouTube. There's a woman who works there she called me Nephew so I called her auntie super sweet, older black lady. She definitely is someone that is very, very helpful and very down-to-earth. Easy to talk to kinda like a family member or a longtime friend. She wouldn't give us the price of the alterations up front. She kept ignoring the question until the end. Then she asked for $180 for 2 simple alterations (straight-line hem dress). While we paid $50 for the dress!! Perhaps we were nice to her so she thought she could inflate the price. We got her to reduce the price to $80. This is still too much but we needed for a wedding in 5 days. Her flattery stopped and the warmth became cold, business. When we picked it up, no greetings. She told the dress off the hangar and gave us the dress without a hangar, without folding it and no bag. She treated it like a piece of material... rag and just gave it to us. Didn't go over the work that was done to it. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. I guess these tactics work for her since people gave her 4.2 stars. All the best lady! But all my relatives in the area hated our experience there and will not patronizing you.

My wedding dress cost about $100 for dry cleaning and preservation in a nice keepsake box. My husband's barong Tagalog cost $19 to dry clean and his undershirt for the barong cost $6.99. We opted for pick up and delivery to our home. Service was friendly and our clothes came back in great condition. I went in store to pay for my order since my card wasn't working for the online payment. I was able to speak with one of the owners, Cleo, who was very kind and you could tell he is passionate about his business. Parking was easy and the inside of the laundromat was clean. The only I issue I had was that the delivery date for my dress was incorrect. I waited at home from 8 AM to 12 PM (the estimated timeframe of delivery) the day our laundry was supposed to be delivered and ended up calling the store to inquire where it was. I think the company can improve by giving a more accurate delivery date for special items like wedding dresses or update the customer via text or phone call if the expected delivery date has changed. Thankfully, my husband was able to be home on the new delivery date to receive our clothes. That being said, I still had an overall great experience with Fresh Laundries due to the friendly service, ease of booking the dry cleaning service, fair price, and the outcome of the dry cleaning. I would definitely use them again if I need something else dry cleaned in the future.
