So I get to the laundromat and I back in close to the door figure I'll go in and get the lay of the land before hauling all my laundry in. I go in and Danielle is sitting at the counter and she greets me and I walk in look around, not much has changed in 30 years lol. I noticed some washers in a row and go back to my car and start hauling in all my bags of laundry. I wash and dry and actually have not a too bad experience. Danielle helped me when the washer timed out before I started it and I thought it had taken my money but nope Danielle came to the rescue and started it right up. So if your ever in need of a laundromat please go to this one! I will definitely be back when I need to wash my big comforters!! She explained how the machines worked. It's cashless. You purchase a card from the machine and use it on the washer and dryers. They also have laundry soap and dryer sheets for sale. They also have a wash and fold service for those who don't have time to stay and wash their clothes. There is a lot of parking, but it's in a busy strip type mall area with a LaBonita grocery store next door. They have ample laundry carts available to help get your laundry in and out of your vehicle. Pricing was a little high, we paid $11 for the larger machine and dryers are I believe $.25 for 4 minutes. The facility is clean, you feel safe and lots of machines. We'll definitely return the next time we need to use the facility.

She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I won't be back.

I've dry cleaned the blazer and pants here before, but this time they were washed (not dry cleaned). I could tell because the fabric of the slacks completely changed and the blazer edges were rolled in. Both items also shrunk. I called to speak with someone. The woman who is normally there doesn't speak English well so I left a message for the manager to call me. A week later - no return call, so I tried calling two more times to reach a manager. I still wasn't able to reach them. While this was an isolated incident, the blazer and slacks are nearly ruined and without being able to speak to someone to ask what happened and feel confident it won't happen again, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It's nearly impossible to resolve any customer issues with them.
