I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.

Even though the Governor declared dry cleaners an essential service, she closed her shop and kept everyone's dry cleaning hostage for months without any notification whatsoever. I have no problem with her closing the shop; I do have a problem with her not answering her telephone or leaving a message about how to retrieve one's property. I left a voice message on her cell phone and she never returned my call; my wife left a note on her door and she ignored it. The least that she could have done was to inform customers about how to retrieve their property on a specific date/time. When I questioned her about closing for over two months, she replied, "Yeah, I closed for over two months" with no apology whatsoever. If you decide to use Clara's services, you do so at your own risk. If she ever goes out of business or declares bankruptcy, you can kiss your clothing goodbye!

You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. Oh no you did NOT just yell at me. "Really? Your door is unlocked, and I need to pick something up, and was promised that you'd be open til 6:30." They got the hat, but did so with a very pissed off look and attitude. Fast forward to 3 days ago. My fella had borrowed a suit jacket for a movie scene he did some extra work in, and we wanted to dry clean it before returning it. So, I drop it off on my way to work, noting the signage on the windows that say "Same Day Service!" I asked the girl when it would be ready for pickup. "Oh...tomorrow." ...ok...but your window says same day. Its fine, really, not a huge deal, since we didn't need the jacket same day...but if you're going to advertise same day, you should make sure that it really is. Yesterday morning, I went back in to see if it was ready. Nope. It hadn't been touched yet. Ok again...not a HUGE deal. I ask how late are you open, and the guy says "At least...8." Do you not know your own hours? At least 8. That's a new one. So when I got off work yesterday, I stopped by, at about 6:20. The girl took my ticket, and asked, with tremendous attitude "When did you drop this off." ..."Yesterday morning. And I was told THIS morning that it would be ready tonight." So she looks, and she finds it. $4.50. Not bad. I hand her a $10 bill. Her: *sigh* "Do you have 50 cents?" Me..."no, sorry." Thinking to myself "If I had, I'd have given it to you..." She sulks around the corner to find my change and begrudgingly hands me the $5.50. And then, HOW DARE I ask for a receipt. "Its on the item." Ok fine lady, I didn't know! And next time, don't laugh at your customer for asking. If they were not near my house and very inexpensive, I'd never use this company again. There is never an excuse for rude service. Ever. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I loved working with them and they made the process so smooth. I wanted to add custom off-the-shoulder sleeves using some of the sparkly tulle cut from the length, and they came out perfect. The bustle was also perfect and they ensured that I knew how to bustle it for the day of, and ensured I took a video so I could show my planner. My husband and his groomsmen got custom suits from Gaetano, but they also use A-Z Alterations! They knew we were both going there so they made sure our fittings weren't on the same day and that I didn't cross paths with my husband or the groomsmen. I know the groomsmen had great experiences as well. A few of them had issues with their pants' length at the second fitting but it was promptly fixed and they looked perfect on the day of. My in-laws and my brother also had their wedding attire altered here and everyone looked amazing! I've been to other alteration places where the customer service definitely lacked, but Stela was great to work with and stayed in constant communication. I've been back since our wedding to get other items altered. I think the prices are definitely fair for the quality and the reliability of their work, and they quote you prior to getting any work done so you know what to expect.

She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had today. I brought in approximately 15 dress shirts that had already been washed and cleaned. All I needed was to have them pressed and ironed. I am not a dry cleaning expert and do not regularly use these services, so I brought the shirts in on the hangers I already had them on. When I arrived, an older employee appeared to be smoking outside. The moment I walked in, I immediately felt like I was inconveniencing her. There was no greeting, no "hello," no "how can I help you?" Nothing. Instead, the first thing she focused on was the fact that my shirts were on personal hangers. She began removing the shirts from the hangers with visible frustration and said things such as: "You're making my job harder." "You shouldn't be bringing these shirts in on these hangers." She also complained that the shirts were buttoned and acted as though I had done something wrong by bringing them in the condition they were in. Again, I am a customer, not someone who works in the dry cleaning industry. If there is a preferred way to bring shirts in, that can easily be explained politely. What really bothered me was the attitude and tone. Instead of educating a customer, she seemed angry and annoyed from the start. She then told me she would charge me $7.50 per shirt, which felt less like a quote and more like she was scolding me for bringing them in the way I did. At one point I asked if she had worked there for a long time because I remembered coming here roughly a year and a half ago and being helped by a gentleman who was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. Her response was something along the lines of: "I've been working here longer than you've been alive." That comment alone tells you everything you need to know about the interaction. The gentleman who helped me on my previous visit was the reason I came back. He was fantastic. This employee was the complete opposite. I ultimately decided to take my shirts and leave. As I was leaving, she appeared to realize I was serious and tried to soften her tone, but by that point the damage had already been done. This review is not about the price. This review is not about company policies. This review is about how customers are treated. I walked in prepared to spend money and potentially become a repeat customer because this location is close to my home. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and honestly shocked by the way I was spoken to. I do not need an apology from the employee. However, I do think ownership should understand that interactions like this cost them customers. The unfortunate part is that my previous experience here was excellent. Based on today's visit, I cannot recommend this business until management addresses how customers are being treated. read more

On my last visit, I dry cleaned an expensive blazer and slacks (two different pieces, not a suit) along with about a dozen other items. I've dry cleaned the blazer and pants here before, but this time they were washed (not dry cleaned). I could tell because the fabric of the slacks completely changed and the blazer edges were rolled in. Both items also shrunk. I called to speak with someone. The woman who is normally there doesn't speak English well so I left a message for the manager to call me. A week later - no return call, so I tried calling two more times to reach a manager. I still wasn't able to reach them. While this was an isolated incident, the blazer and slacks are nearly ruined and without being able to speak to someone to ask what happened and feel confident it won't happen again, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It's nearly impossible to resolve any customer issues with them.
