I paid $2.95 when I picked it up, a week and a half later. ( I forgot it LoL ) My shirt was washed, cleaned, and pressed to perfection. The service was absolutely amazing. Great deals at this location to save you money. They also have a drive thru, so you don't even need to get out of your vehicle. Plenty parking since it's in a shopping center too. The ladies were so nice and helpful. Especially Carrie the manager. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing dry cleaning services in town . They're open 7 days a week. Mon-Fri 7am to 8pm. Im client of this dry cleaning from 5 years ago but they changed the owner and the prices goes extremely up ! Before was 6 to 10 bucks per item no just let you Show for a 6 items $95, thats a little bit insane ! And you can see one of the item is a coat which is charged one time $25 and one time charge for the belt of the coat which is part of the coat another $7, is that possible??? read more

We're uncertain if we will continue patronizing this establishment. We brought my son's Cub Scout uniform in for a repeat cleaning, but the staff informed us that they wouldn't clean the pants because they are separated at the knees with a zipper, citing concerns about losing the bottom half in the cleaning process. This response was very unusual, and we've never encountered that before. We have sent feedback to the owners to understand the reasoning behind this policy for Cub Scout pants. We've always enjoyed visiting the Hualapai location, but today's experience was disappointing. read more

Tell me how this happens at a dry cleaner, we came back to get a refund and show them the milkshake and sweat marks still the clothing. I live in summerlin and this place is about 15 minutes from me. It say thrift in price but not true. I was quoted $5.13 per item shirt or pants and it go up if it has to be dry cleaned or jumpsuits. That not cheap summerlin has them for $3 bucks a item. And this not the nicest area. But ok. The only quality I can't speak on is from reviews saying they stained items. However not worth the risk for these prices n this area lol read more

Having to find a new cleaner after this recent trip to the cleaners. Came in with a specific issue on two white dress shirts. Dark edges on the seem by buttons that i pointed out that i wanted addressed. Came back a few days later. I pull up and one of the employees is sitting on what i assume to be a break smoking a cigarette. I walk in, no one else coming up to assist me. So i waited for 5 minutes before popping my head outside and asking if i could be helped. The employee walks in and takes my number only to tell me that they don't have my items. So i pulled out my stub and i guess they inputted the phone number in wrong. Saying i gave them the wrong number. I get my shirts and realize the discoloring i asked to be addressed was still there. I am told they put spot remover on it but it's still there and sorry. Then I'm charged the fee to have them dry cleaned. Few things: i come from a VERY well trained customer service background. Even when getting paid minimum wage there is a code and standard people should be trained to adhere too. I guess the owners of this establishment are not worried about the staff and how it makes their business look. I won't be returning. read more

Came here to get a few dress pants and dress shirts dry cleaned as some had stains on them or just needed a good cleaning. Came back to pickup my dress clothes and they all came out looking clean and almost brand new just like the first day I got them. Then even got my nice sports coat cleaned as well with no issues at all for my first time using their business and getting anything dry cleaned wasn't a bad experience at all. read more

This cleaners is a good routine cleaners for average clothing, at competitive prices. They offer expedited service. Staff is friendly. You may want to find a different spot for expensive and or rare garments. I had a garment with a border along the bottom hem and one of the attendants left me with an uncertain feeling, she even made me sign a release of liability, like it was going to get jammed in a machine and rip off or something. A good reasonable dry cleaners is hard to find on the Westside. Well I thought I wouldn't have to look any further. Wrong! There process is harsh on fabrics. Ruined several items and they never take the responsibility. Tried to give them a second chance but failed again at getting the work done right the first time. Anyways, I am done with this place. I have been using these cleaners for over a year with generally good service. However, on my last visit, I was told that a suit jacket I had brought them was missing. Worse, I was informed that for compensation they would prorate the cost of the jacket so that I would receive money equal to 1/3 the value of the jacket. I told Carrie, the branch manager, that this was not fair and that I just wanted replacement value and that I did not want to have to go to court for such a simple matter. She said, " we are not frightened". I found this statement to be very insulting to a good customer. Due to a complete lack of accountability for their work, I can not in good conscience recommend this company for dry cleaning service. I work with several people who use the company's service and will let them know of my difficult experience. read more
