I was a customer for over 2 years. I started off using their service when I lived in Queens and continued with their service after I had moved. Never had an issue with them up until April 2024 when some of my items were stained. When I contacted customer service and even sent images, the lady on the phone tried to tell me a pen was found inside my laundry. Complete lie. I always check my laundry before sending it away to make sure nothing is inside the pockets or inside the laundry bag itself. I do not carry pens inside my pockets FYI. What got me upset and the lack of trust with them was two things: Trying to pin the blame on me. Instead, why not admit it was the staff's lack of attention and being sneaky about it. If you made a mistake the least you could do is admit to it and let the customer know. Don't try to say "People make mistakes." If this would have been the entire laundry were you going to send the laundry in return to the customer? Lastly, the lack of customer service and attention is the worst. After we finished talking she then tells me how she will talk to the manager and get back to me. Guess what? I am still waiting. read more

I was not only a loyal customer since 2021 but I recommended them to others. Busy moms need help and this was a service provided I trusted until....I received my last order full of bright yellow stains on my white and light colored clothes. I reached out to them with pictures and a spreadsheet that included links of where the damaged items were purchased as proof of cost. It total I had about $247 worth of damaged clothes. Some items I can't replace. Their initial offer was to issue me a store credit of the price of my last order ($107). Who wants a store credit after loosing all that money in uniform shirts and other items. When I reached out again, I was told the best they could do was refund the $107 instead of a store credit. I wonder how they would feel if they had to come out of pocket to buy the same clothes that they didn't damage. If you choose to use them, do not give any items you care about. read more

My mother could no longer take her laundry to the laundromat, and we live separately. This service allowed me to stop taking Uber to pick up and drop off her clothes. The website and pick-up time slots are very reasonable. I greatly appreciate them offering hypoallergenic options as my family has sensitive skin. Horrible and unprofessional service. The driver dropped my laundry and didn't pick it up on purpose. When I called customer service they said I was lying and the driver lied and said he never did it. Why would I lie? Highly unprofessional and no accountability. They also use cheap detergent that can make your body itchy. Would not recommend to anyone in queens. read more

Used this place for my first ever laundry pickup/delivery due to the current health crisis. I have trust issues about my clothing, as so many of us do! But I was really pleasantly surprised at this place and highly recommend. Seems like they have the best price and service overall, even with a delivery fee. They also followed my specific directions super nicely, which I very much appreciate. Delivery was on time as promised, and just as a tip since I didn't seem to get the hint (it's on their website!) you have to schedule your redelivery, too! I was a newbie and didn't know, so I probably could have gotten my items sooner! Two days total turnaround time, and the packaging was great. Folding = superb and service was kind and quick. Completely unprofessional I send out my clothes to be washed today & I made sure my bags were packed and closed to make sure nothing falls out. I come outside and find my clothes all over the floor coming out of my complex. I contacted the driver and he acted like he couldn't hear me after just speaking to me about my clothes never falling out of the bags and accusing me of lying. I kept trying to contact him to bring me back my clothes & he ignored my calls. I emailed the location and even called costumer service just for them to call me liar and say that never happened when I have pictures and proof of all my clothes on the floor. All the clothes that were in the top of that bag were on THE FLOOR!. There's no way he didn't notice or even had the decency to pick it up. When I arrived to the location I was already being treated unprofessionally and they pretended not to know what was going on. Terrible costumer service, terrible service. This place needs to be shut down. I do not recommend you to trust this business with your clothes at all ! read more

The first time I used this service I had my pickup time changed the day of, then the drop off time changed the day of. I called and spoke directly with the company, and they told me it was an especially hectic week for them and that usually doesn't happen. Fair enough. I sent my laundry in the second time, and everything went smoothly. By this time, my sheets had rotated back to the set I had originally sent them. I had torn this set and asked them to repair it for me in an email, and also gave the person picking up my laundry handwritten instructions - that I read out loud to him. When I climbed into bed, the rip was still there- and was in fact bigger because it had been washed without being repaired! They apologized and said there was a "miscommunication" and that they don't do repairs! I have no idea what they thought I was asking for, or what they thought they were agreeing to, or how it got jumbled when I communicated the same message using three different mediums. They said they would give me $5 off my next load. I still really like them because it's hard to complain about a laundry delivery service in this area as they don't have much competition. Prices are reasonable for what is truly a luxury service, and calling the location gets you prompt, polite, clear customer service (as opposed to speaking or emailing with the drivers). But for the higher price, I'm admittedly less tolerant of mistakes. read more

Signing up, asking for what you want, billing so easy and just add the tip to your payment. Leave your laundry for pickup and delivery. Easy to navigate times for pickup. I've been using this service since I moved to Queens a year ago. They do a beautiful job with everything fresh-smelling and perfectly folded, and pickup and delivery are always smooth. A load of washing and drying costs almost $6 in my building, so it's only slightly more expensive than doing it myself--probably the same when I factor in the cost of my time and energy. read more

This is the first time i have used a laundry pick up service, I was little hesitant at first (little weirded out by other people touching my clothes and read horror stories about ppl losing their clothes) but decided to give this place a try after doing some research. I'm definitely happy that I did. Its very easy to set up and they were quick to respond. You just fill out this form on their website and write down your preferred time for pick up (I hate talking on the phone so this is perfect for me). They are very good with communicating which they do via text and email (if you have limited amount of text, i would clarify that with them). The guy came and picked up my laundry from my apt, he contacted me before he came to make sure that i was home. I let him know that I had a bag of laundry that should not be thrown into the dryer (which they did not). They dropped it off 24hrs later. Its neatly folded, no clothes are missing (thank goodness), detergent scent isn't too strong and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I feel like you can give them your own detergent to use if you are sensitive to it. Cost: They will send you an invoice prior to dropping it off. You can either pay online w/ credit card via Square or cash in person.They charge by weight, you will need at least $20 minimum. I paid about $26 (including pickup and delivery). I personally think that this is reasonable since it would have costed me about $12-14 dollars to do my own laundry + time +lugging it to the laundrymat + folding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who lives around the area. I gave their number to my in-laws since they seemed to be impressed as well. They also do dry cleaning so I will have to try that next time. read more
