I'm flying home to California tomorrow, and didn't want to carry dirty clothes in my luggage. This place was close to my Airbnb, so I came on down. And I'm glad I did. The place was bright and clean, and everybody was very friendly. It can get busy at times, but I did not have a problem finding an empty washer or dryer. You can pay in different ways. You can pay with coins. With a card that you store value on. Or you can pay with credit/debit/Apple Pay. I used the Apple Pay, which was very. Convenient. Every laundromat is different, so I wasn't exactly sure how to work the machines, but the attendants went out of their way to explain to me what I had to do. Another thing, is they run specials. Currently, they were offering free laundry soap on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today was a Thursday. Yay! I got everything done in a little over an hour, and I was out the door. I've been coming here for about a year now and let me tell you at the beginning everything was excellent. My clothing was in great condition and smell, recently I've been having issues, such as panties from another female on my clothing "wife wasn't happy". Last time I picked up and stored my clothing in my drawers it smelled like dirty water, we are a family of 4 and all of us drop off twice a month. This sign is very misleading. If I can give them a -100 I will. The employees are not friendly, they're in a rush to just close the laundromat. They don't provide plastic for customers? Like this is the only laundromat I'm aware that doesn't provide for customers. There last wash is 9:45. Try to wash at 9:40 they tell me no? Like why say last wash 9:45 if you're gonna try to tell me no without explanation? Unprofessional. I would check the cameras if I were the owner and change signs to not give false advertisement. You have 4 employees working after 10 pm I would advise the owner to check their employees, they have more then enough people to close a laundromat on time, there is no need to rush and give people attitude. Highly recommended , I been using the drop off service at Mr Bubbles for over a year regularly, and I will continue to do so, the clothes always come back nicely cleaned even when it's sent with the worst stains (kids uniforms). They package the folded clothes in plastic to make sure it stays in place and nothing gets on it. The employees are always very friendly and helpful with drop off and washing costumers. And the owner as well, he is very nice and contagious and mostly important he seems to treat his employees nicely and fairly. They have free coffee, candies, I even see coloring pages and crayons for kids. The machines are newly updated and they wash very well, they have the card option and coin (which not every laundromat has) and they take credit cards. I've come here twice in the past two weeks and have been so pleased with my experience! Everything is very clean and the staff is attentive to give change and sell detergent. Early last evening I went to do a load between trips (I work for the airlines). It was a few hours after the remnants of hurricane Isaias came through and I was having trouble with the machine taking my credit card as payment. Sam noticed what was going on and explained that their phone lines were down and the card swipers were not working. He then gave me some loaner quarter to get my laundry going while I went back to my room to get some cash. There are a couple of laundromats closer to where I stay, but I will walk a couple extra blocks to come to Mr.Bubbles! Thank you so much! read more

I have been using this laundry mat for about 10 months. And I absolutely love it compared to the others. I usually go at night or on Sunday's to avoid paying the meter and to find parking easier. The prices are good compared to other in the neighborhood and they have bonuses when you add $20.00. (Which I always need at least $20.00 because I take a lot of clothes) I like the fact that I can sanitize the machine before actually using it! That was a HUGE bonus for me. And I have meet the staff and the owner. They are all very friendly and polite. But of course they are human. So I have gone in where once or twice a staff member has been mistreated my customers and then looks upset. But I feel like that happens in retail and customer service. Normally I've had positive experiences here. Most of the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. But today, I asked to use the bathroom and as I was in it, I think the staff member came and banged on the door. This isn't the first time. If management doesn't want the bathroom be used,they should post a sign and inform customers. That behavior is not professional or polite. The lady who manages it on Saturday is quite gruff and unpleasant in general. Perhaps some training on how to interact with customers is in order. read more

Various times I've encountered this rude rude employee there who never wants you to use dryers because she's using them and makes small comments under her breath , I kept returning because it's across the street from my apartment. Tonight was the final straw. Encountered the same older employee yelling at a what seemed new employee in the most horrible and inhumane way shoving clothing in her face because it didn't seem dry enough. What's even crazier is the other employees just lowered their heads as if scared or her. This laundry mat prompts friendliness and a welcoming environment. Dropped off a bag of clothes for wash and fold. Not bad prices but the result was unwearable. Clothes were ready next day but upon inspection the clothes had an overpowering fragrance that made them unwearable. Additionally I had several items (sports bra, tops) that did not belong to me and I was missing my UA sweat pants and other items. Stopped in a few days later to return the items that were not mine. No idea about where my missing items were and no apology or restitution from the employee. UPDATE: they have found my sweat pants and made several offers to correct my bad experience. We've being using their drop off service for a while but currently we're having some issues: the clothes were coming with a very strong fragrance and we couldn't even use it therefore my husband asked for hypoallergenic soap and no softener. The first time they did it and the clothes were perfect but this time he asked again and the clothes came with fragrance. I have a newborn at home and I can't use strong fragrances, also, I'm allergic and it make my nose itchy. That's the second time I'm spending money to wash clothes I can't use! read more

Very clean laundromat. Went to drop off my laundry first thing in the morning and the woman in charge was so kind and friendly. She weighed my laundry and I paid with a credit card. She asked me what time did I want to pick my laundry up, I told her by 2 pm and even though I could tell that was short noticed, she said it's ok. I got there at 2:30 and freaked out a bit because I left my receipt at home, but they told me it was ok and just searched my name. My bag was perfectly packed and ready for me. I went home to put my clothes away, and I just have to say it was perfectly folded and smelled amazing! I can NEVER get my clothes to smell that good. My only concern is that when I called in about the price it was 89 cents a lb, but I paid $34 for 32 lbs. Still pleased with the outcome though. read more

I've been using these guys for a while now. They always do a good job with washing my drop-off laundry with care. The washing machines, albeit limited in number, work very well. It's also about $0.75.pound to drop off, which is pretty cheap. The only thing I wish could be better is a) get more functional washing machines and b) the turnaround time for your drop-off load could be quicker, since they take about 24 hours to wash your laundry. I've never had an issue with losing any items here, but then again, I'm not stupid enough to leave $50 in my pocket when doing laundry. read more

I love this laundromat! All staff are sweet, kind and very helpful. I had trouble with one of the machines; the machine wouldn't take my card no matter how many times I swiped it, so one of the staff I think the manager, came by and tried to fix it. Told me to continue swiping my card, slowly and then fast. It wouldn't work. Then he tried with my card. Bubkiss. He got out his card and swiped it and it worked! I asked him how much I owed him, he was like nothing. I got a free wash and dry! I was super ecstatic! This laundromat has free dryer days, pizza day, free coffee/tea everyday! Owners decorate with each holiday so it's pretty to look at and it's always being cleaned. Staff walk around with free water bottles and candy to customers. i was going to come on here and write a nice review of Mr Bubbles, but after today, i cannot. i have been using them for the past 3 years, and they've always treated my clothes very well. they've listened to my instructions not to use fabric softener (i'm allergic), and to use only the detergent i have provided (again, allergies). however, yesterday as i was coming home, my landlord gave me a $50 refund for something -- 2 $20 bills and 10 $1 bills. i folded the cash and put it in my right jeans pocket. i went to my apartment, changed into shorts, put the jeans and some other items in the basket, and drove to Mr Bubbles to drop off my laundry. i completely forgot about the $50 in the jeans pocket. i went back in today to pick up my laundry, sure that the cash would still be wadded up in that right pocket. NOPE. i called Mr Bubbles, and the woman who answered was very nice but said she was new, and that they didn't have my $50. i told her SOMEBODY does. whether it fell out and a random picked it up, or if it was deliberately taken, i can't be sure. but it's upsetting that she wouldn't even bother to entertain the idea that i actually had the money in those jeans. she told me to call back tomorrow. really? so someone else can say i never had $50 in the pants? no thanks. i realize it was my mistake to turn in the laundry with the money still in the pocket, but *anything* i turn in should be returned to me when i pick it up. that's just good business. read more

I have been coming to this laundromat for the last 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, laundromat is clean washers and driers are fairly new. We are able to use credit, debit and or quarters for the machines which makes it very easy for us all.
