I went to use the quarter machine and it took my money so when I told the owner he said it didn't happen and that he didn't believe me. The guy behind me confirmed that I had put a dollar in and received no coins and the owner tells me he thinks I'm a liar but will refund my money anyway. Whatever. I understand he's probably had people do this many times before and they were actually lying. He then proceeds to watch me load my laundry into the dryer and tell me he knows I was lying. The owner of the laundry (a friend) no longer trusted them to take away eight 13-gallon bags of her clothing and household items. We both reached out by telephone. I have emailed numerous times. It has now been two weeks, and I am still waiting for a refund OR EVEN A RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. Caveat emptor--buyer beware.
