This laundromat is pretty decent. It is usually very clean when the lady is there. When the young guy is there, the place is filthy. He doesn't wipe down the machines, sweep, or empty the garbage. Don't list a place as open when it isn't open, I just dragged 30 lbs of clothes 3 blocks only for a place to be closed. That's fucking gross

I've never seen such consistently immaculate folding from a drop off laundry service as I do here. That alone is worth five stars. The Wife and I try to use our own detergent when we do a drop off service. This is one of the few places we get clothes back and that post-wash smell matches the label on our bottle - unscented. Machines are clean enough that you don't get other people's detergent and softener residuals on your clothes. Clothes are actually clean when we get them back. We used to use the C&C Laundromat a block over. It was more convenient. But the prices per pound for drop off are better here (though the minimum is a little higher and they're strict on charges for blankets and heavy stuff), the machines are cleaner, and there's not insanely loud music playing all the time, so now we walk the extra blocks. Also the family running this spot is always so dang friendly, which is amazing considering how much they must toil putting such perfect creases my underbags. read more

Terrible customer service, obscenely high prices, and just a very difficult process for washing and drying clothes. They don't accept change in the machines used to add money to the cards needed to do laundry, they have a $10 credit card minimum on aforementioned machines, and even though they claim to be open 24 hours, they often lock the doors and vanish to god knows where for hours, and claim thereafter that they were "downstairs" which is a lie. If they were they'd have heard my loud knocking for 30 minutes. seems convenient, but that's just based upon their appearance and vagueassurances which aren't true. other laundromats are older, but the workers are polite and they don't gouge you and lie to you. Unless you enjoy being mistrrated, avoid. read more

Poor results, machines minimize water usage, small facility, rude staff.. don't use this facility

Writing this on behalf of my partner's recent wash and fold experience. The first issue began when the clothes were not ready by the date specified and we had to go back the following day in the evening. My partner lives in Queens and once he drove all the way back and unpacked his clothes, he realized that a button down shirt was stained and several articles of clothes, towels, socks and a jacket were missing. The young man that had handled his clothes told him during their call that another customer was kind enough to have returned clothes that didn't belong to them and it was probably his stuff. Since he was not going to drive all the way back there I picked up the items. While I was there I informed the owners that the first pickup contained stains that weren't there before and all they said was "sorry". My partner was livid once I brought him the items that had been lost because now there were even more stained items! They have provided good service up to this point but the neglect from the young man that handled this drop off, leading to many stained brand name clothes and inconvenience of the back and forth to retrieve items that were given to another customer, has caused them to lose our business. read more

i decided to try wash and fold for the first time, and when i picked up i pleasantly surprised. i typically utilize another local laundromat for that as laundry bee doesnt offer delivery services. however, i can tell my belongings were treated with care. this was the first time my clothes were returned to me smelling good. other places have returned my clothes smelling burnt, and feeling rough. i will definitely forgo the convenience of delivery in exchange for that! read more
