Over two weeks ago, I had a load of clothes that were unfortunately burned and damaged due to one of their dryers overheating. It was a frustrating and upsetting situation, as the clothes were ruined, but what made it even worse was the utter lack of follow-up or care from the management or ownership. When I initially reported the issue, all I was asked to do was write down my name and number. No one offered any explanation, no one took the time to gather more information or even express sympathy for the situation. Just a simple, "Write your name down, we'll get back to you." Well, two weeks later, still nothing. The "manager" on site even acknowledged that my cloths were scalding hot and burnt. What bothers me the most is the complete lack of effort to communicate or resolve the issue. It feels like my concerns were completely disregarded. The manager and owner did not reach out to me, and it almost seems like they assumed I wouldn't follow through because of the location of the laundromat. I hate to think that my race or socioeconomic status might have played a role in how I've been treated here, but I can't ignore the feeling that they believe people from this neighborhood won't have the resources or the motivation to fight back. I absolutely do. I have the means and the determination to make sure this is addressed. At the very least, a simple follow-up call to ask for more details about the incident or to inquire about what was damaged would have shown some level of care or customer service. Instead, I've been completely ignored, treated as if I wasn't even a paying customer, as if my experience didn't matter at all. I find that incredibly disrespectful. This whole situation has been an absolute nightmare, and I refuse to just let it slide. I'll continue to pursue this until I get some form of acknowledgment or resolution. The lack of responsibility shown here is unacceptable, and I will not allow this laundromat to simply get away with neglecting its customers. If you value your belongings and expect any level of accountability, I highly suggest you find another place to do your laundry. Based on my experience, this laundromat clearly doesn't care about its customers, and if something goes wrong, they won't be there to help. Truly disappointing especially when the cloths damaged weren't worth much. Luckily My clothing are generally dry cleaned and I only use this laundry mat when my washer is acting up and I'm in a rush.

Most worked fine. A large load of clothes washed in 30 minutes and dried in under 10! Clothes smelled and looked clean to me. Hours are 6 am until midnight so available anytime around our LegoLand visit.

It's actually now clear to me why I observed an associate demeaning a paying customer who struggled with his English language. Gossip about other customers and even points them out. I feel an obligation to share - one of the staff members and I had just a brief political discussion - yet stated "I don't discuss politics". Clearly she did. She made it clear to me that the dehumanization of any person, regardless of background, history and more - was really not worthy of any consideration or respect, even for basic needs. Unfortunately, this establishment serves a diverse customers. I hope they see this and do as I - do not financially support a business that's against you and or your beliefs, rights and more. Shame!
