DON'T GO HERE unless you want to get treated like trash. i was at this laundromat with my father and right when we walked in Conditions:everything was all over the place it looked like a laundry from like from 1990 and was poorly made Price: when we walked in we remembered that we forgot detergent so we bought one there but one thing it was 10 DOLLARS i could literally get it cheaper at Walmart Service: When we got there there was this Chinese man and he looked angry but I didn't mind so we got a cart to put the clothes in the dryer after we did, we clearly were still using the cart and out of no where the man comes and takes the cart back so after he left I went to go get it but then when he came back and I had the cart he got really angry and snatched the cart from my hands and threw a other cart to me. I as a human don't deserve to be treated like this this is by far the worst laundromat I've been to read more

Quite dirty and poor customer service. The machines are old and rundown. It is screaming for a renovation.

Hard pass. We truck drivers need a laundromat at least every 10 days and sometimes they're hard to find. Oasis here has a nice big parking lot and the low yelp ratings didn't scare me so I gave it a try. Big mistake. The machines are a little on the pricey side for a grubby Place like this. I noticed the dryers didn't really get up to temperature and required longer dry times than usual. Then of course I was washing a pair of sneakers and the owner took them out of the dryer and tossed them on the floor for me. When I asked him about it, he was extraordinarily rude. But I didn't let it ruin my day, instead of telling him what I thought I figured I would just smile and thank him as I left with my fresh as a daisy smelling laundry. I will never come back to this laundromat and I hope you will ignore it as well. read more

This was the absolute worst laundromat. I have been to in my entire forty eight years as a human being.. Not only was it trashy and outdated, but I put my laundry in the machine and was waiting on my husband to get change. And the attendant yelled at me and told me that there was only an hour left. And then I needed to hurry up and get it going .. This place is nasty and the attendants are rude and obviously don't like their jobs. If they don't want to stay until the operating hours are over as I was not intending on staying past closing time... I highly recommend anywhere but here maybe to a Creek or somewhere like that. Dirty and unkept, old car seats as seating. The sign on the glass desk clearly says "Cash or check only", I have used a check twice because I rarely carry cash. Except today, the wife was here and stated the only accept cash. I made them take my check because their sign clearly states they accept checks. The language barrier is awful, and they are obviously disgruntled and rude because I can't understand what they're saying. If you have any option, go elsewhere! This place needs new ownership! If you don't accept checks, update your sign instead of sitting around watching TV in the office. read more

It has been many, many years ago since we have last visited a laundromat and this one looked exactly like the last one we used 35 years ago. We walked inside with three bags of laundry to do while our machine was out of order at home. We looked around for a change machine but did not see one. There was a very nice patron in the store sitting waiting on his own laundry who told us the clerk would return shortly. We saw a man pushing a cart around the store as he was doing laundry and the other patron told us he was the owner and not to bother him that he would come to us when he was finished. I looked at one of the front loading machines and finally found out the charge for the wash cycle, it asked for 11 Quarters to start. ($2.75) We had brought all our own, pre-wash, soap pods, bleach, fabric softener and such from home. They do sell most laundry supplies at the store there but the prices were higher than you would pay at a local retail store but it was convenient for those lacking something. The store was clean and we felt very safe inside. The other patrons were extremely helpful in offering tips and directions. The store is not air conditioned with the front and back door left open for air movement. Pretty warm humid environment inside the store. They also offer a wash and fold service by the pound that we may look into if we are in this situation again. We decided to leave a few minutes after we arrived without doing any laundry. We will not return but if you don't have any other options this may be an ok place to get your laundry done. read more

This place is a joke!! I don't use this one much but I was close so I did but NEVER again. He made me pay to use the dry on top of already putting money in the dryer to use it. The owners are rude and don't speak good English. I will never use again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. read more

Safe, quiet, and not crowded. The customers, 90% female, are friendly and sincerely smile back. If you don't have change, they got it. If you don't have soap and other sundries, they sell them there. Some washing machines need only ten (10) quarters. Others need fifteen (15) quarters. For the dryer, a quarter gives 5 minutes of drying time. I use washing machine #8 because it has a box step to the left of it. Otherwise, you can't see when you're pouring into the 3-compartment detergent/softener/bleach dispenser, which is top loaded. This machine needs 20 quarters. Cycle time is 25 minutes. When you need assistance, don't be shy about walking into the office to get the attendant's attention, because he's preoccupied with watching TV and laughing at whatever asian TV show he's watching. read more

I've only been here twice because if your washer at home is anything like mine then it won't fit your bed comforters . They have recently changed to a card load system (similar to Fed Ex Office ) load money on a card then you use the card as you wish in the washers and dryers . If you like zany people ( I do ) Steve the owner / manager is awesome . He has a way of making what could be an annoying chore like washing clothes a somewhat fun experience . Thanks Steve ! The place is super clean and has free WiFi to boot . The washer are Sm Med and Large @ $4 $7 $11 bux a pop . South green valley doesn't have coin-op laundry so it's a bit of a hike but worth ... I had to come here today because my washer died. Anyway. The eashers are old and it costs a fortune to wash here. It cost $30 to wash 5 loads of clothes. The dryers dont heat up even agter putting in$3 in quarters in each one. Go somewhere else read more

Next door to ingles. Corner of 400 & hwy 53. Don't be fooled by Google Maps. There is a burger shake next door, and the goodwill. The cost is 250 per load small loads, $0.25 for 5 minutes to dry, that's where it hurts. Place is outdated, but otherwise what I come to expect from coin laundry. No tv TODAY :( read more
