It doesn't seem to be very organized. I have about 3 stylists asking me re: the updo I wanted. And 2 stylists thought they'll be doing my hair. I'm confused. Hair quality: 3/5 showing him the picture and I did mention that I wanted every pieces hair to be in their place and it need to hold since this is a beach wedding. I'm a bridesmaid. I'm there to serve the bride, I don't have time to fuss with my hair. But it drop 2 hours later. Yea for the price. And their customer service is great put it doesn't hold up., so I will have to try someplace else if I need my hair done.

Nice staff and when the stylist I was scheduled with had a family emergency right before my appt, the rest of the team shuffled clients and assisted each other to get everyone cared for. Brittany did my cut and color and I enjoyed the visit and love the results. I had brought the formula my Atlanta guru used, we discussed not doing low lights this time and I love how it turned out; it's much like I'm used to! It's nice to have one stylist who both cuts and colors, and Brittany listened and created, and I will be back.

This one had great reviews so I thought I'd give…read moreit a go, stopped by the salon and the gentleman working did greet me and asked if I needed assistance, I told him I was looking to make an appt but he was the only stylist working that day and was currently with a client so he suggested I call for an appt. I completely understood, he was very helpful, I wish I would have gotten his name. I've tried calling for a while, no one ever picks up or calls back when you leave a voicemail. Stopped by today to try to make an appt, there was a few stylists working, all with clients, wasn't greeted or acknowledged but it's hard to know when clientele walks in when there's a big wall blocking the line of sight to the door and no reception to acknowledge clients stepping in, I left after 20 minutes and tried calling in, still no answer. I can't speak for the work of their stylists, though pictures seem like the work is good, but not even being able to set an appt is a bit frustrating to say the least. I've given up on my pursuit to give this establishment a try but wish luck to anyone wanting to try
