I came here for my…read more10:30 apt, and I can truly say I have never been treated better at a salon for a last minute appointment. The service was outstanding and I have never been more happy with my nails. I was skeptical at first due to no customers being physically in the salon when I got there, but they got hit hard during covid, and only the husband and wife work there now. They single handedly run this salon to support themselves. Alot of rude customers came in during my appointment asking if they could get a broken nail or two fixed or even a quick polish change. Due to it only being down to the two of them running their salon (both were visably working on clients) they told said clients to come back at twopm they have openings for scheduled appointments at that time. One lady walked out cursing up a storm, and the other two slyly belittled the couple asking why they would have to wait four hours to fix one nail. If you were one of those people and you see this, I hope you call and apologize. The other lady getting worked on in the salon and myself were extremely, extremely, embaressed FOR you. Absolutely appalled at the treatment these two got at their own salon. Despite the vulgar treatment from walk-ins the two kept themselves calm and composed and even encouraged us to treat other better as we ragged on them for not standing up for themselves more. After all of that, my nail tech (who was the man of the salon) Did an absolute amazing job on my nails. My nails look better than when I get them done in Cleveland. I wish I could come back here every two weeks. Please support local, but more importantly remember to be kind. We are all human. We are all going through things. We are all just trying to get by.
