If I tell the world Howe wonderful Barb is everyone will beat a path to her door right? Well she's awesome. I'm keeping her as my Mistress of fabulous nails. I'm new in town and had gels for years. Barb introduced me to Dip Nails. They are beautiful and durable. She's a pro. I'm staying with her !

We visit Murrells Inlet a couple times a year. Every time visit we go to Lux Spa. This trip we had the pleasure of meeting the owner. We had a great time laughing and sharing stories. She took great care of my husband and I. This is the reason I keep coming back.

Moved to Murrells Inlet last November , finally found a great nail salon. Everyone is so nice. Fantastic job on nails(dipping) and pedicure. Been to many other salons around here. Nothing compared to the service and quality work than this salon. I don't usually rate. But I highly recommend Nature's Best Lux. read more

I was visiting and decided I really needed a pedicure. I called and there was no answer. The business texted me later and I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily through text messages. My daughter and I arrived for our appointments and the pedicure chairs were ready and we were waited on quickly. Had one of the best pedicures ever! Actually we both did. Very professional and they took a lot of time to massage,etc. I would love to go back next time I am in town and I would highly recommend others to go there! read more

This is a great shop that offers so much!! They all do a great job!! Lan is my favorite as she does a very professional job but feels like family!! I have been her client for years and she is soooo good!! She does an amazing job with eyebrows too!! Mine were a mess and she straightened them up to being perfect even after taking half of one off!! i fell and bruised my arm and she did a special oil massage on my arm which made it heal fast!!! You will love this shop and all their skill!!! read more

I have gone here twice, and this is my go to nail place now. I have had both a pedi and a mani, and was completely thrilled with both. Nice clean shop, and both Kot and Lan do a great job. Prices are good, and Kot's massage with the pedicure was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I've been going to Lan for over 3 months for my nails. I started with the opi nail dipping. My nails were in bad shape. Lan suggested I try this, and I love it. It doesn't damage my nails, and it lasts 3 weeks. My nails have never been so long and beautilful! I've been getting my pedicures here as soon as this salon opened. Lan was a wonderful and welcoming presence to all customers. I called ahead by about 15 minutes and they fit me in right away. I had previously stopped going to this salon and left a negative Yelp review many years ago…read more However, I recently heard that it was under new management and decided to give it another chance due to its convenient location. Unfortunately, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. During my third visit for a gel manicure, the quality was subpar. The polish started peeling off at the cuticle after just a week, and it even curled and caught on things, causing further damage to the manicure. Frustrated, I reluctantly scheduled a fourth and final appointment. The 3 pedicures I received were average at best. I feel it's important to caution others about a particular nail technician named Bebe or BB. In my experience, she displays abusive behavior towards customers. During my last visit, I was surprised at how extensively my nails were sanded down considering there was almost no polish left. My nails were damaged from the sanding and paper thin now. The technician appeared disorganized and left me waiting for an extended period. Another technician, BB, took over the service and lacked professionalism from the start. When I informed her that I had already chosen my colors, she insisted I find them again, even though I had already communicated my preference to the previous technician. BB's tone was rude when she directed me to wash my hands, and she scolded me when I unknowingly sat in the wrong seat. Despite my efforts to remain calm due to health concerns, she questioned the last time I had a manicure, denying that it had been done at their salon. I couldn't believe the confrontational attitude she exhibited throughout the interaction. Before the manicure began, I calmly requested that she not cut my cuticles, expressing my preference for them to be pushed back instead. However, she ignored my request and proceeded to vigorously buff my nails with a rectangular buffer, causing discomfort. When I reminded her to be more gentle, she continued the rough buffing even though I told her she was causing pain, disregarding my discomfort caused by my existing neuropathy. To my surprise, she skipped the step of soaking my fingernails in warm soapy water, claiming that I didn't want a manicure because I didn't want my cuticles cut. This contradiction left me frustrated, and I decided to leave. However, she demanded payment for polish removal, even though there was hardly any polish left on my nails. After giving her a partial payment and attempting to leave, she blocked my path and continued to scream at me. This was by far the worst manicure experience I have ever had, both in terms of the service quality and the personal interaction. The fact that the owner did nothing to address the situation was disappointing and further added to my dissatisfaction. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this salon unless they want to endure an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. UPDATE. BB DESTROYED MY NAILS. THE NEXT DAY, ONE BY ONE, MY NAILS STARTED RIPPING OFF. I HAVE STRONG NAILS AND THEY ARE RUINED FROM HER PSYCHO BUFFING AND SANDING! July 21, 2023 NOTE TO OWNER! Your unprofessional nasty response and actions finally made sense today. I went to a wonderful salon where they treated me great and gave me a fantastic manicure and pedicure. My nails were completely ruined. They were so bad that they could not even give me a gel manicure as they had to remove the damage to my nails. In my entire life, my nails have never been soft and bendable and torn. I was telling the wonderful people there about what happened. I found out that the horrible woman who treated me like trash is your wife. That completely makes sense that you are co-owners. An owner, who had any authority or cared about his business would have fired her. Now we know who wears the pants in your family and it's not you. If anybody wants a recommendation for a fabulous salon in Murrells Inlet, reach out to me. Avoid this one like the plague. Shame, shame on you and your nasty wife. Worst manicure experienced in my ENTIRE LIFE AND I'VE GONE EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR 4 DECADES. Check the photos to see how badly they ruined my nails!
