She walked in and as soon as we started to talk, I knew why she was regarded as the best. She knew everything about the current market in the neighborhood, she even knew what I paid for the place! She had a complete analysis worked up for me, it outlined the recent comparable sales as well as the units on the market that would be my competition. It also had an explanation of all the fees and estimated closing costs so I had a full understanding of what a sales price would mean against what I originally paid for the unit. She explained everything in detail but in the end insisted that all pricing decisions were mine to make, after all it was my unit and my money. Throughout the entire process, Francesca was amazing. She was diligent about seeking feedback from prospective buyers, and always made time to talk to me about the market conditions. It took a little longer than I was originally hoping for, but in the end she was able to get an offer that worked for me. I think one of the most amazing aspects of this is that I was selling a one bedroom condo. I know Francesca sells everything from 1 bedrooms to multi-million dollar units, and although her commission for selling my unit would be much less, she always treated me like I was her number one client.
