OMG!!! First Class Service!!! Me and my family can't say enough good and amazing things about Laura. We worked with Laura to purchase our first home. Being in the Peninsula for the last few years, I knew that it was a tough market and that supply was tight. Additionally, we had a large search zone, starting from San Bruno all the way down to Santa Clara to find our home. Fortunately, Laura has intimate knowledge of the entire Peninsula and worked with us over 3 months to finally land our home. We had some unexpected challenges with our lender however Laura was able to remediate the situation and kept us informed of the process and brought us along when we needed to make a decision. Laura helped us find the perfect home in the Bay Area! They say referrals are the best and this could not be more true. When my wife and I started on the journey to find a new home, we didn't really know where to start and consulted a couple of Redfin agents like most people as they browsed through listings. Laura was our selling agent during the COVID times in 2020, and we are very glad to have found her! We were planning to move out of the country within a few months, and selling the house in a safe manner (since this was during shelter in place due to COVID) and with someone we could trust was our top priority. We first reached out to Laura via email after seeing all the great reviews on Yelp, and she responded very quickly with a time to meet over Zoom. On our first Zoom call (which was just 1.5 days later), we were immediately impressed by the research she had already done on our house, the area, and some recently sold houses and market analysis. She was also very pleasant to talk to and asked good questions to understand who we are and what our goals were. Needless to say, we decided to go with her after our call. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and always kept us posted with every step. Since this was during COVID times, we had done almost everything digitally and virtually. We signed all the paperwork online, and even did our open house virtually. I took the photos and videos based on some instructions and she helped put together a great video for us and was also very open to the feedback we provided. She also suggested to have the potential buyers do a walkthrough outside the house and checked with the county's health office to make sure it was safe to do so before we did it. During the offer process, Laura set up a Zoom call to review all the offers in details but she also summarized them very well for us and gave great recommendations on timing and strategy. We were able to get 4 offers one week after the virtual tour and landed at a price and an offer we were happy with. And of course throughout the whole process of closing, Laura was always quick, communicative, and really just took care of everything. We had a bit of a hiccup with our floor having some buckling problems and she immediately got her contractor to come check it out (following the county's safety rules). On top of being a great seller agent, Laura is also such a caring person. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I've worked with a good number of agents for various properties around the Bay Area. None has ever stepped up to the plate for her clients like Laura has. When you talk about people going above and beyond in customer care, this should be the bar. Sounds hyperbolic but these words couldn't be truer. Let's take this through the steps: 1. My family bought a condo on the peninsula. We are less familiar with the properties around there as we live in SF. We met Laura and she was incredibly warm & genuine. No salesperson demeanor. She made everything quite clear. 2. BONUS: she's local so she knows a lot. 3. We got the place! This is after her advice on the bid and what was appropriate based on comps. 4. Great, place is my family's but it's old and in dire need of updating. Laura offered to get rough estimates for us in the remodel work. 5. Unprompted, she then gave us several referrals for people/places she knew to be good or used by her own friends/family. 6. Dealing with the HOA is new to us and has been quite frustrating/unclear. Laura checked in with us, again, unprompted, to see if we were having trouble. We were. She then stepped in. 7. I won't go into all the details but she not only reached out to the people we had trouble communicating with, she went out of her way to get a floorplan for us. Who does this? I've never encountered an agent who not only stays in touch well beyond the sale, but takes her own time and energy to make sure things remain smooth.
