They are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands while we're at work or away. Received a call from my sister in law that my brother who is a cancer survivor and current dialysis patient is Septic throughout his body and Gangrene along with other heart issues has given him only days to live. As I am throwing stuff in a bag with one hand and renting a car to drive to Idaho with the other. I am thinking I have to go online and try and book care for my fur babies asap! I can't even think at this point. I just call Mihail and leave him what I am sure is a very frantic message of needing care for my babies. I make contact with Mihail and he is so quick to assure me that he has "the crew" which he calls my 3 babies. I tell him I don't know when I will be back and he says don't worry I've got them. Just keep in touch. Yes! I have used Mihail's services once before and that was a Huge Success!! So, his few words put me at ease that I didn't have to worry. His constant communication during the time I was gone was priceless to me. I'm sure it was just his way of continuing to offer support and ease at a time that I needed it most. We recently adopted a Pitbull Husky puppy and was nervous since we didn't know her history. She also was quite strong and pretty much walked me. With just 1 lesson, Jojo taught us the right way to walk the pups and it's made a world of difference. Before we had to coordinate walks with 2 people separately but now only 1 of us can control them both. After the second session, our dogs are able to be in the same room without killing each other.
