No small talk, no how is your day. Nothing. And to this day, they all act like they've never seen me before and its my first time coming in. I've been charged different amounts and I only realized why when I paid over the phone 1 day. If they don't change the option in THERE system it will automatically choose the pay with fee...the fee is waived when you pay in person. I haven't been charged different since learning this. I called on a Thursday to request a note be put on my account advising I would be in there to make my payment between Friday and Monday. I was told, they can't make a note until the payment is due...they called me the next morning, Friday, at 10:22 am. Absurd.
