PS I could have done the work they did in about an hour if I was 20 years younger. It cost almost $400.

I contacted them using their webform, and unfortunately,.. before reading other reviews regarding this fee that they charge and ended up passing on using them when they contacted me. There's many other excellent electricians in the area that won't charge you a penny to come by and with no obligations to use them. That's the way we ended up going and we'll still have the excellence of service at a very competitive price. I'm sure Lloyd's is a great company and this review is not suggesting otherwise, but, do you want to spend $149 to end up not even using them? Lloyd's might consider a new policy for 2025, ..."your $149 estimate fee will be credited to your work", in-other-words, if you went with using Lloyd's, they would credit you that $149 back. Sadly, that is not their policy. Yet.

The finished product looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with it. - replaced an an old backup generator circuit and transfer switch to a much simpler and reliable 240v circuit with mechanical interlock and it worked a treat during two storms paired with a harbor freight generator. - installed and calibrated an led flood light 30 some odd feet off the ground - installed a google Nest outdoor camera with floodlight and a nest doorbell camera - He also found and replaced a crumbling old circuit to my water pump that I had no idea was arcing and could have caused a fire. I'm so grateful for his expertise and attention to detail, which undoubtedly saved my home from a potentially catastrophic situation. All this in just under two days and I was very happy with the price. I can't recommend Bryan enough. He's not only a skilled electrician, but he's also friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Scott was one of them and gave us a time frame of about 3 weeks which we thought was pretty good especially since the other company couldn't get to us for over a month. We were looking to have a few semi-flush mounted light fixtures, a ceiling fan and chandelier above the stairs replaced, and an outlet added so that we could move our TV above the fireplace. Scott was very professional and worked quickly. I was both pleased and surprised that he even changed his shoes before coming in the house and swept up after himself. I was also very thankful that he was able to fix an incorrectly installed ceiling fan that could have come down at any time (our baby is obsessed sitting under and watching our ceiling fan when it is on). He is priced fairly, does great work in a timely manner, and cleans up after himself. What more can you ask for? His wife, Caroline, is very friendly and easy to work with if you have questions in between appointments. Johnny came to do an estimate and see what kind of work I needed to be done. His estimate in both time and fees was accurate. He also provided free education on what he suggested I replace in terms of light fixtures for efficiency, so I was ready for his next visit with all the new fixtures. I had wanted a ceiling fan in my family room, as there's no a/c in there and it gets hot in summer. Due to the amount of wiring changes and holes in ceiling and wall to be made (I had three ceiling lights and wanted to replace the one in the center with the fan), Johnny suggested a wall fan, which I'd never heard of before he suggested it. I got a great one off Lowes that was super affordable for him to install. The ceiling fan I purchased for that room would now be used to replace my master bedroom fan that had no lights. I had put in a video doorbell myself, but the doorbell would not chime. He tested it and found that my doorbell chime needed replacing. So I got the electric chime to go with it for his next visit. The lighted ceiling fan my dad and friend put in was not done correctly; I didn't know they should not be on a dimmer, so he had me get a single pole light switch to switch them out. He also helped me choose the right smart dimmer switch for my family room and he put my kitchen lights on a dimmer because I'd felt that they were too bright without it. He put the lighted ceiling fan in my bedroom. He put the wall fan in my family room. He bought and put in a new light for my utility room as mine had shorted and a new light in one of the bathrooms, providing me with extremely affordable and attractive options. He educated me about the effectiveness of LED, so I bought all new ceiling fixtures that were exactly the same but used LEDs. I saw my electric bill go down $20 in 4 weeks! I'm extremely pleased with his service, trustworthiness and pricing. I will continue to use his services as needed and highly recommend him.
