The in-house team was actually very accommodating and was helpful to us during our wedding day, and even before our wedding day letting us tour the venue 3+ times before our actual event. The space itself is a blank canvas, and honestly you don't want to do much to drown out the view outside. If you have a late afternoon wedding, the sunset is just gorgeous. A smaller group even has the opportunity to go up to the helipad for pictures even if you're not using the helipad for its original purpose. I'll say after my wedding day, I noticed a lot of my guests had changed their profile picture - all to the pictures they took at the venue! The view honestly was its own attraction on our wedding day and it made the day special for us and memorable for our guests.

This Tarzana location was actually really nice too - it's located along Ventura Blvd (closest cross street is Wilbur Ave.) right after McDonalds and next to Dominos Pizza and right across Lady C's Cafe. The closest fwy for those travelling from another city is Tampa ave. exit. The venue is really pretty, very well maintain, very clean and very aesthetic design and has its own restroom inside. The size of the venue is perfect for intimate parties with a group of 50-60. There was space for buffet table, bar for the drinks, Sushi bar, Photo Booth and DJ booth and a decent dance floor size was setup and it didn't feel like crowded at all. The balloons, table setting, decors etc was also done by great event (separate fee applies on top of the venue rental). I highly recommend this event place if you are planning on your next initimate party! You will love the place, and if you decide to also hire them for organizing and decorating the venue you will surely love it. The owners are very proffesional and really nice. There's also a lot of parking spaces as well as on the side street - from my own personal experience, we didn't have a hard time finding a parking spot and the part was on a Saturday night.

Our guests commented on how nice they thought the space was. I'm very happy I found Great Event Studio and Deena when I did. I would happily use her services for any future events I need to host. Also there is absolutely no ventilation in the backside of the hall which is extremely hot and feels like you're in a sauna doodle no air ventilation I had to rent out of pocket five big industrial fans in order to get the air going as my best friend had a wedding there a week before my actual party. personally feel this is a total rip off shady guy.

CRATES. they barely had any garbage disposals for us to clean. main thing was the workers under the company look lazy and rude. if we didn't clean, they would keep the deposit. I don't think a reception of that size would be overlooked by the host and simply wasn't disclosed that significant detail. for the price of a different venue with all services for cleanup, seems like it's better to go somewhere else. plus, no parking and it's only street. interesting space but pass.
