They have a capacity of up to just shy of 200 people, easy layout, friendly staff and seem super accommodating - With a huge fridge for storing food, large stage, nice acoustics, speaker system, lighting, restrooms and lots of space. It definitely always feels smaller from the outside on the corner of Kester Avenue and Camarillo, but you'll be surprised. And being inside of a neighborhood makes parking for guests/attendees really tricky for a big gathering, but not impossible. They do have a parking lot next to the Banquet Hall and it can hold a good number of cars I feel like it's around 30 or so comfortable factoring in if everyone is leaving around the same time and that the majority of parking spots are facing one direction. Their prices vary depending on dates as well as the number of guest. Being such a small private venue with limited advertising or media I'd like to see them do as well as they were doing before 2020. You can spot their numbers on their banners when passing by (Hall for Rent) and pretty much call anytime of day.

The staff there are very nice and reliant. The servers were constantly asking if I needed anything, they made sure all of our guest were satisfied. The food was exquisite and the freshness of the salads was delightful. I booked a package which included DJ, the music had all our guest dancing and was also attending to our guests needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The venue itself looks nice and is a great size, but don't let the appearance fool you. The experience was completely different once we had to deal with the people running the business. In my experience, it felt like their main priority was taking your money rather than providing a good experience and solving the issue of AC they turned off on their own. Definitely think twice before booking or supporting this venue.

Large dance area & the stage for the DJ was spacious as well. Great price with the following included: Meal, Chair Covers, Table Covers, Overlays, Napkins, Plates, Cake Cutting, Staff, Security & Parking. The staff is friendly and very attentive. I want to emphasize on the exceptional service Patricia provided us throughout the entire process. Our first consultation with Patricia was thoroughly informative & the chemistry with her was in sync. Always available to answer questions. Seriously committed in making sure we were satisfied & that our needs were met. As hosts for such events, we have to be consciences that a lot of money will be invested, therefore, ideally we want everything to go without a hitch. Well.....in this case, everything did. Thanks to the staff at Le Monge. I want to point out that I have posted pics of my daughter's event & that the pics have the chiavari chairs. **They were separately rented** Le Monge does not have these chairs & I don't want to deceive anyone thinking those chairs are a part of the hall. What you see online is exactly what you get, which I really appreciated. The venue itself is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The indoor space was perfect for our event, and the kitchen easily accommodated our professional catering team. Everything was clean, organized, and ready for us when we arrived. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 has nothing to do with Teena or the venue itself. My only concern was the surrounding area. While unloading decorations, we were approached by a homeless individual who was shouting nearby, which was a little unsettling. Parking was also somewhat limited, and I found myself worrying about our guests. Having worked in Northridge about 10 years ago, I remember it feeling much different than it does today. That said, this isn't a reflection on Teena or Athena Event Studio. She was an outstanding host, and the venue exceeded my expectations. It was an amazing experience…read more Kevin provided everything; food, servers, bartender, decorations, security, and valet parking. The works. He helped take the stress of party planning and mitigated a lot of it, for a very reasonable price. He even allowed us to bring in Filipino food to complement what we ordered from him.
