The one person in the office that at least seamed to care transfered to a different property the week I moved in (lucky her) I had to put up plastic around the door to try to keep the cold out today (12/14/25) Also, they offer washer and dryer rental BUT I had to go to the office to find out that the set I signed up for wasn't coming after almost 3 weeks of having possession of the apartment. Apparently an issue with the company they use. Would be understandable, but had I not come in and talked to the assistant manager, I would have still been charged even without them ever being delivered. Serious lack of communication and professionalism. This is truly a "you get what you pay for" situation with this place. I should have known that the price was too good to be true. I had to file a formal complaint, but the charges were eventually waived. Pro tip: report everything to maintenance, even minor issues, so it's documented. There are huge trucks and work vans crammed in there, and it just doesn't feel safe or well-managed. People speed around the corners like they're on a track, and nothing's really being done about it. The internet's also a joke even if you pay for the upgraded plan, it's still painfully slow and barely streams videos. The location itself isn't bad, but the nearby roads are already packed, and with new housing going in across the street, it's only going to get worse. Plus, people park in the fire lanes every morning like it's no big deal. These type of apartments shouldn't be more then 1250 for a one bedroom.
