Bethany has great empathy and caring for me and did not push any specific models to me. Albrecht Audiology has fitted me with the Oticon Real behind the ear hearing aids. These are an upgraded from basic models. I did this because I have been wearing Oticon OPN found there is a HUGE difference in my hearing. I have moderate to severe loss of hearing in the higher frequencies and tinnitus The Oticon Real provide crisp clear edge to all sounds! I can hear so much more than I could previously. Conversations with friends, family and coworkers are easy to understand and I feel like these aids have opened up a part of me that has been suffering with loss. The pricing for the same model is so much more affordable than my previous local provider.

(Scare tactic) I thought I would think about this before returning and left as they handed me a folder. My test, which was never allowed in my hands was not in there. So I stopped two days later and was REFUSED MY medical records. I was told to call the main office and I would be charged $50!! I called my insurance when I got home to find they BILLED my insurance!! It was ALL advertised as free. They were RUDE, demeaning and deceptive. I should have seen the red flag when their Yelp review crudely said BelTone sucks. So I am forced to pay for an advertised free service. Stay away from miracle ear. The miracle is they get away with their false advertising!
