And most are locally made, PNW made, and Courtney knows about all of them! She is the owner and was really REALLY nice! I tried on a dress and leggings and was sold! I was so happy. I also picked up a bath bomb for a baby shower gift. Win! Win! When I am in St Helen's again, I plan on stopping here!

He started throwing his hands in the air saying "what do you want?" I said I was just waiting for the thrift store to open and he rudely yelled "it's not open until Tuesday!" We came from out of town to find thrift stores and Yelp said it was open. They need to update their info if hour's have changed. They even had the sign out.

Getting into the Woodland Action thrift store takes some effort. It's a little hard to find the…read moreentrance, and it may not be clear whether it's even open at first. But once you're in, you'll find a surprisingly big space! They're located inside a warehouse, and the back loading dock is for deliveries. The ground floor is the food bank. For the thrift store, go up the external flight of stairs to the lime green door. Inside, the store is pretty big. Books and jewelry are up front, and in mid-November, they had A LOT of Xmas decorations: wreaths, ornaments, gift bags and cards, glassware and dishes. The majority of the store is housewares, and they even have a furniture section in the middle of the floor. The book selection is also pretty decent. Clothing is less well represented. There's one side room with men's and women's clothing, and it's not a big selection. Kids' clothing is on the main floor, and there seems to be more of that than adults' clothing. Most of the clothes had flat prices by the type of item, and were pretty reasonably priced. They also had a special where you could fill a bag with clothes for $6, so it seems like they offer additional sales and discounts. Prices seemed a bit high on the housewares and kitchen appliances for what they were. But the clothes and books were fairly priced, so it may just depend on what you're looking for. Overall, not someplace I'd go out of my way for, but if you find yourself in Woodland and want to do some thrifting, the Action Center is here for you!

This feels like a punishment to the customer. If one or two people need limiting then limit them, not EVERYONE! Tram, the new owner, and her mom are artists! They can do any crazy designs you think of and if you want to bedazzle that canvas on your fingers, they can do that too. Artists! They're also super smiley, warm, and kind-hearted. I can't see the smile from their mouths since everyone is wearing masks but I can see it in their eyes and hear it in their giggles. Getting my nails done is a special treat so I care that the people are not only skilled but also nice; I want to go where there is good vibes. They sterilized their equipment, has hand sanitizers for guests, and has loads of colors! I really like that the pedicures use paraffin dip, exfoliate, and hot stone massages. So I'm not just getting my nails painted but I feel smoooooth when I'm done.

Two basic pedicures came out be 105$.... and we didn't get anything fancy either. Every time I get my nails done here they're never ever up to my expectations, not only is the paint sloppy, the place doesn't have a uplifting atmosphere and they also tend to cut or injure you occasionally... When we were getting our pedicures there was only one person doing the pedicures and they let my mom's foot bath get cold, and also cut her nails unevenly. Towards the end when we were letting our nails dry the employees were seeming to be closing the store and one of the women mopped the floor with wet wash towels with no soap or anything... and another women picked trash out of the trash without gloves to dispose of it. In my opinion this is incredibly unsanitary and I would think a "spa" would have to have a medical like cleaning routine??
