People went nuts on it!! They NEVER knew what REAL AUTHENTIC....KOLBASI tasted like!) We didn't make the trip in 2025 but were just planning for this Spring when I saw they sold out to a new owner. For more than 40 years, I bought countless slabs of bacon, yards of kielbasi and other goodies from them, so, I'm not judging them by their last act. I've excused the beautiful-looking, 1 1/4" thick Porterhouse, grilled perfectly that was too tough to pursue eating, the bits of bone found in ground beef and Kielbasi, the vacuum packaged beef tenderloin which gave off a dangerous odor once it's plastic was breached and more. The last time I bought bacon from Froehlich's, it was so sub-par, the meat cutter hesitated to sell it to me after looking at it. What can I say? When Froehlich's bacon turns up lame, it's time to move on.

The white pizza focaccia is topped with mozzarella, basil, and garlic and baked fresh with their all natural ingredients. You can always get excited for fresh items when the booth also has the literal plants and ingredients available for purchase too. Scratch made with home grown! What a gig!!
