I waited and waited and he never showed. I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled it for the following Saturday. Again, he never showed up. Both times he did not call to say he was not coming. When I texted him to find out what was going on, he was extremely rude, did not apologize and acted like I was bothering him. So now I have bushes to replant and huge rocks to move out of the culvert back onto the driveway by myself...thanks Mike for sticking to your word...Do NOT hire this person...your landscaping will thank you for it.

There is a lot I could discuss, including many inappropriate comments & Questions from the owners son while he was in our home, but our biggest complaint would be that after arriving hours later than our given appointment window, we were told the cleaning would take about three hours. It was already 3pm by the time they arrived. They did not leave until 11pm. We were never told it would take longer, we were never made aware of any issues that were slowing down the process, and we would never have agreed to start the project that late if we knew how long it would go. Everytime we asked how much longer it was going to be, we were told 'just one more thing'. By 10pm, the environment was hostile, uncomfortable and frankly, just inappropriate. No apology for it taking so long, just were told verbatim 'it's done now so what's the big deal?' when we expressed concerns about how late it went. The only reason we were able to even get him out by 11 was because my husband started going around finishing projects and bringing their things outside. After leaving our house, he idled in our driveway for another 15 minutes. And for those that would say this was an isolated experience, my friend booked with them at the same time and experienced the same issues. After multiple attempts to contact the company to discuss what happened, they refused to call me back.
