They set a time to be here at 7:00 and they were here precisely AT 7:00. Professional, friendly, hard working group. I asked for some additional branches to come off of a tree they had already completed and they had no problem with climbing back up and doing it. One of the guys jumped up on the roof and swept off any leaves and sticks. Even cleaned out a gutter. You would never know they were even here. They left everything immaculate. No chips, leaves, sticks or branches left behind. I can not say enough regarding how incredibly happy we are with their work. Very friendly workers and business owner. Top notch service. We already have family and friends that are going to use them based on how happy we are with their service. They have numerous other great reviews online.

I had an appointment that was twice confirmed for today, Thursday, August 24, 2023 @ 9:00am. The guys arrived over an hour late. They walked around the property and asked me if they could also cut down some of my other trees. Of course I rejected the offer as that wasn't our agreement. They offered information stating how far they drove and just doing the initial job would be a waste of their time. I needn't say how furious I became and reminded them of how I will not be guilted into adding on a service simply because of their travels. Well, they decided to talk it over and declined the job. I don't know what kind of mess they're trying to pull on customers so I pulled up their website which showed the company doesn't open today until 8pm . Now, for the guys to arrive today outside of business hours, try to guilt me into accepting and paying for an additional service, then leave without even completing the agreed upon service; red flags are waving high in the sky. This is just another example of the many con artists that we as customers unknowingly do business with. Stay vigilant everyone!!

They parked their trucks right next to my cars, blocking them in. My vehicles got dusty and dirty from the work performed. There were also debris left in the driveway. Very unprofessional.
