Our family of 6 is spread out across the country with 4 of us in Raleigh, NC - 1 in New Jersey - and 1 in Arizona. We needed a true professional also considering we had not taken family pictures in nearly 4 years. I sent Kandi a message and within minutes I received a message back with her contact information. When I contacted her she was so detail oriented and wanted to know about all four of our girls, style in our home, possible colors I was interested in wearing, etc. Honestly, Kandie was easy to talk to and made me feel like I was chatting with an old friend. Kandie stayed in contact sending pictures of possible locations and even making sure we had arrived to NY. The day of our shoot Kandie met us at our hotel promptly on time. She was full of energy and excited to capture our families pictures. Our wedding may have been different than some in that we didn't have many formal photos. My wife and I got married in the Florida Keys and they traveled down to shoot our wedding for us. They are an absolute killer duo. To start, they were both amazing to work with, super easy to contact, so dang friendly and welcoming. I couldn't think of two better people to capture our big day. Photo and video were such a big thing for us on our wedding day, and even though we've seen so much of their work and loved it, they legit blew us away with their talent and expertise. They kept the energy so light and fun during our newlywed photos after a high stress few hours prior. They put on some of our favorite music so we could feel ourselves and loosen up during our photos. They are also both super LGBT friendly. My wife and I were super worried about who we were going to book since we are gay and we wanted to be comfortable. They were an instant vibe, sooo friendly, supportive, gay friendly and never made us feel weird for a single second (which is huge when you're being photographed)!!! They were there for us through the whole planning process to look out for us and lead us in the right direction with our timeline, etc. The ALSO partied harddddddd with us on the dance floor and made sure to capture the sickest dance floor shots for us which was so important for us to hold onto so we could look back on. Don't skimp out on cheap photography and videography, you will regret it!!! Spend the money and book these two because they are unreal!!!
