I was initially evaluated by a colleague of Dr. Zaretsky's within the practice and then internally referred to her because of her specialty in the area of my clinical need. Her evaluation, surgery, post-operative guidance and support have been excellent, resulting in me feeling so much better. The support, nursing and scheduling staff have all been kind and helpful. I had ballon sinus surgery almost 2 years ago by Dr. Zaretsky. From the day I went in, she was so clear and showed me pictures of my scan and what she recommended for me to do. I was having sinus infections almost every other month, but the worst was the headache. I was guaranteed a 4 day headache almost every week in the back of my eye. I was able to quickly schedule surgery done in St. Charles hospital. Everything was a success and Dr. Zaretsky came over to me in recovery and told me a I had big cell removed which probably caused the headaches. Though the recovery process was a bit uncomfortable, this surgery was the best thing I could have ever done. I have probably had 3 headaches within the last two years. Dr. Zaretsky is an amazing ENT surgeon! I had sinus problems for many years. She recommended sinus surgery because she saw that my right sinus was very impacted. I had been to many other ENT professionals and allergy doctors over the years and no one took the interest and the time to do what Dr. Zaretsky did for me. I followed through with an in-office procedure and have been very pleased with the outcome. During the procedure, Dr. Zaretsky and her assistants were extremely comforting and provided guidance throughout the entire procedure. I was very anxious and scared at first but they talked me through the whole procedure and let me know exactly what was going on and what to expect each step of the way. As follow-up to my procedure, Dr. Zaretsky answered all of my questions and even called me personally at home to check on me.
