Lola checked me in and saw my son was getting antsy and brought him over an ice pop and goldfish while we waited for Jessica to come in for my visit. Jessica was able to treat me on the spot and I was able to eat my first meal tonight after four days. The staff was so unbelievably kind and accommodating. I didn't wait long (I scheduled online) and it was super clean. Thank you so much for helping me feel better and being so kind to my son!! will be recommending to everyone in the area that needs urgent care.

For me, the APRN accurately diagnosed my issue within a minute, but couldn't treat it at this facility. She recommended going to ER, and seeing a specialist. Went to ER; she was exactly right with her diagnosis. I'm thankful that she told me to go to the ER instead of just trying to prescribe something. I have confidence in this place that they'll competently treat what they can, and will acknowledge what they can't. Hopefully I never have to return, but when I need to I'll definitely choose here as an initial step.

She took the time to explain what was going on with my eye. I was at a walk-in and need to be seen by an Ophthalmologist ASAP. It was a Friday afternoon, about 3 PM. The office was great, she saw me immediately and began tx. Does not get much better than that. The office is very busy at all times, and there is a process if you need a regular exam, but that's the way of busy practices. Anyone who sees Dr O will be getting excellent care.

Hello all, looks like I am looking for a new eye doctor…read more I had my annual appointment with Middlesex Eye Physicians on Saybrook Rd this morning. I have been going to them every year since I returned to CT after 20+ years in the Air Force and never had an issue. Until today. Now they primary purpose to to collect money from you no matter what, not provide quality optometry services to the Middletown area. Apparently they need to keep your credit card on file now with them. In fact, they won't even see you anymore if you do not consent to that. As I was told by the desk supervisor, this is company policy and there are no exceptions. There was a manager in a higher position there, but they refused to come out and talk to me. So they cancelled my appointment. Many may think that isn't an issue, but I do. They have no need to my card when I see them once a year and have always paid all invoices on time. This is how your information gets stolen. My family has been going to this outfit for literally generations. No more. I will not be blackmailed by them just to be seen by their docs. I won't be using them anymore. I dont promote boycotts but am asking folks to be aware of your personal information and do what you can do to protect it. Don't give it out if you don't need to. I am recommending family and friends to reevaluate your relationship with Middlesex Eye Physicians and decide if you want to be abused by this extreme company policy. I have enjoyed seeing Dr Yap, but your company won't allow that anymore. So, any recommendations for an optometrist would be appreciated. I thank you all in advance and will return to my lurking.

I can't say I really blame them, as I don't think that the pediatric dentist who I've seen since I moved to Madison in 4th grade is equipped to handle a 22 year old, but I digress. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Miller!! First of all, her hygienist Sandi is probably the sweetest woman I've ever met. She took a genuine interest in my life and was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She broke the rough news to me that I'd be having to get my wisdom teeth out (while I tried to mask my increasing anxiety about dealing with dry sockets - I still don't know how I'm going to do this.. ). After she gave me my cleaning, Dr. Miller came in to check things out. Such a funny, sweet woman! After a few minutes going over my teeth and trying to ease my nerves when confirming that I would indeed need to get my wisdom teeth removed, she was able to accomodate my crazy work schedule and get me in for a cavity filling the very next day! THANK YOU DR. MILLER & STAFF!! I will be back :)
