They've been really great about everything! I actually ended up buying my frames online from another store and they've still been incredibly friendly and patient about me going in for adjustments and questions while I sorted out issues with the frames (tip: don't buy glasses online!) My wife goes there as well now and had a similarly great experience. For some reason I was always lukewarm on the idea of going to a chain/franchise but am pleasantly surprised. Thanks!

This place is a joke! I called to get the information about some glasses made by the North…read moreMuskegon office. I spoke to a woman by the name of LISA. That's all I will refer to her as. She was rude, belittling, and tried to speak down upon me. I had glasses made with them with my insurance and am trying to having another pair with my brother since he is an optician in another state. All I was asking for was the PD measurement and she "LISA" tried telling me that it's against the law and the only way for her to give me that information is to pay $25 more dollars for this simple measurement, which what really means is to "extort more money from me". Than she tried saying this is office policy. So this is office policy to take your measurements for free to make your glasses that my insurance paid for but when it comes to wanting that same measurement now she "LISA" is trying to charge me money. Well I will be making a phone call into my insurance company VSP to look into this further along with their financial records as they are extorting money from others by doing so. This is not good for business as referrals are a foundation for any practice to survive. I will never recommend them to anyone after how I was treated and spoke to.

They've been nothing but professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to order those Miraflex glasses for my son in more than just the baby sizes that most optometry places carry. And when he breaks them, they're quick to replace them. They've even helped style-clueless me pick out a pair of frames that make me look about as cool as I'll ever get. I've had no problems at all working with this place and my vision insurance. 5 stars. Would recommend

I have looked forever to find an eye doctor in Michigan who focuses on prevention and eye health…read more Dr. Totten was so amazing and takes pictures of your retina as a regular part of care and not just when there is a problem. That is something that is hard to find in our area.I felt that his exam was incredibly thorough. He was also fun to chat with and seems like a really great person. The office is clean and has a great vibe. I'd highly recommend this office if you're looking for a new eye doctor!

I walked in & stated to her that I wanted to find a pair of glasses I liked before the appointment. I gave her my insurance information. I found a pair I liked. She got me in for the appointment right then. I walked out empty handed with no glasses because I could not afford anything. Had she let me know ahead of time that I could only select glasses from one small selection of glasses, I would have taken my business elsewhere. She knew what she was doing was not completely honest. This is not a business I would recommend.
