1-Star Review BUYER…read moreBEWARE - Management lies to look good in reviews. After being told directly by management in their Google reply that I'd receive a refund if I returned, I dropped by the dealership this week. What happened? The staff had no idea about the promised refund. I let them read the review in front of me and was bluntly told, "We are not refunding you." So much for "making things right." Why respond publicly to make yourselves look professional if you're just going to completely ignore your word when the customer actually shows up? You didn't just waste my time once--you doubled down on it. I came over after working a full day in the O.R., a waste of my personal time, and walked away with absolutely nothing but more frustration. Let's not forget the original issue: you pushed me into paying $5,500 for an extended warranty, then charged me $150 for a can of Freon--something I could've done myself for $20. That issue alone points to a larger issue with my A/C system (which was never properly fixed this alludes to a leak somewhere). What's next? How much more will I be charged just to find out what's really wrong? I was ready to delete my original review after being told I'd be refunded. Instead, I'm now leaving reviews everywhere. I've bought three vehicles from Palladino Mazda--over $101, 000 in total--and now I won't spend another cent with your business. If anyone from this "management team" actually wants to stand behind their words, call me and refund my credit over the phone. Otherwise, I'm officially done wasting any more time on this dishonest and disrespectful company.

Update: Came in today to meet with the manager, who was…read morepleasant, and competent- unlike Brody, who i dealt with earlier. He quickly got my vehicle inspected, and changed both of the filters at no cost for labour. I am very happy to know that it isnt this dealership who is a shame to Mazda, but just Brody, who spent today lying about me not having answered his many calls to tell me the filters that needed changing. You are lying, Brody. I have a call log on my phone that contradicts your story. You know you are lying. That is why you ignored me at the dealership today, averting your gaze the entire time. Mazda is a great brand, with a great team at every location ive ever visited... the only time Mazda disappointed me, was when Brody was representing it. I asked for my 50k service to be done along with a full inspection of the bottom of my vehicle for damage as I went over a curb and have a drive back to toronto, which is far. This dealership sent back my vehicle without the cabin or engine filter changed although they marked it as needing to be changed. The kicker ? The bottom of car was NOT inspected. There are pieces of plastic hanging off the underside of the vehicle, along with a bent and cracked open exhaust pipe, which no one reported to me, making me wonder if any inspection was even done. Theyre phone line is "busy" when the dealership is closed. I plan on going back tomorrow to understand why MAZDA has been so negligent towards a client, who has purchased THREE mazda vehicles in the city past. This location is the worst Mazda I have ever visited. Other Mazda locations always took excellent care of my vehicle and left me feeling confident in their service. This location is an embarrassment to Mazda. Unbelievable!

A great first impression that has led to nothing but great service…read more Pros: - Prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, etc. - Friendly and efficient staff members everywhere! - Great selection of new and used vehicles. I purchased a used Toyota and at no time was I pressured to choose a Honda. - The salesperson I dealt with, Kyle Sheridan, was remarkably personable and accommodating throughout the entire experience, and kept in touch after I'd made my purchase. I have never experienced such attentive and personalized customer service. - Each time I've brought my car in for service (tire change, oil change, etc.), I have been very pleased by the prompt manner in which I have been served. Great shuttle service, too! - The waiting area is very comfy, with access to drinks, snacks, wifi, and computers. - Events for new car owners are held annually. - A referral program is in place - can't remember the exact amount. Cons: - I think the only thing I don't like about Palladino Honda is its location, mostly because The Kingsway is evil. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I must admit that anxiety was running high; however, I have yet to feel 'buyer's remorse'. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to many more years with my Toyota. After I've driven it into the ground, I will definitely return to Palladino Honda for my next vehicle.

Ironically, after a total loss accident 5 months later, I am completely getting the runaround with getting a refund for the rest of the coverage. I have made numerous calls, emails over 2 weeks with being totally dismissed and ignored. Second issue: Tires- The car I bought came with winter tires that were not on the vehicle when I purchased it in February 2026. Before I picked it up, they said that they didn't realize until pickup that they needed to put on the winter tires. They did and I drove it for 2 months before getting them changed for the season. When I did this, the mechanic told me that they were undriveable and split. So essentially I drove on unsafe tires for 2 months, and I do 1000 km of highway driving a week. I talked to the mechanic who said he would talk to the manager about it, which I believe he did. I called at least 5 times to discuss it with Matt, and all calls were ignored. When I mentioned this to the financial person recently, he said that there are no guarantees. I mentioned the safety issue of driving on winter tires for 2 months and said there are no guarantees. So it's ok to put dangerous tires on a car? Summary: I was previously a long-standing fan of Palladino for many years. This year I have had a totally stressful, disappointing experience and can't believe they have changed so much. Ironically, because of my accident, I need a new car, and unfortunately, I will no longer consider them as a dealer and highly recommend to not go there. *Just to mention as well, both the salesman and financial person I had in February are both gone. This perhaps tells you something about the management.

I'm writing on behalf of my friend. She bought her 2015 Tuscon there. I'm not writing about the car…read moreitself just the service she received. She has told me many times of one guy who makes her very uneasy and is always very rude, whether it's on the phone or in person. I've seen it first hand on two occasions and I've had to step in and say something to him. It's to the point where she regrets buying her new vehicle there and when she goes in for mandatory service she has requested that I be there or go for her and she does not want to deal with him. His name is Steve Speck. There are two Steve's who work there and the other and everyone else has never made my friend feel this way. Plain and simple: Service plays a huge part in buying a new or used vehicle and having bought a couple new vehicles and new toys from dealers all over and from different makes. I know that great service makes us want to go back for more. Even if the vehicle or toy we buy is not the best. It's amazing what kind of bad Rep one person can have on a place of business.

When we call in, it is always something about this not being done yet, or that not done. They always blame someone else and nothing gets done. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here!!

My sole purpose for this visit was to purchase a wiper blade for the rear window. All smart DIY vehicle mechanics know you can't buy this part at say, Costco or Canadian Tire. Staff at the Parts Department counter were quick in looking up the part number. Less than 30 seconds later the part was in front of me for payment processing. The parts person offered to and did install the wiper. Thank you Sir! A terrific customer experience!

I had to order a hitch here once and they said that it would be super easy for me to install myself, that all I had to do was put in four bolts, so I said awesome, ordered it and it took me forever to try to get it installed and I failed, so I took it back and they said that sometimes they get damaged in shipping and gave me another one, I had the same problem with the second one. So then I decided to pay them to install it and they had to take my bumper off to get it installed, and wanted to charge me more for installing it because it was taking longer than they had expected! If you own a toyota and can take your car to another toyota dealership to get serviced I would suggest you do.
