I decided to try this salon and booked with Libby, and I'm so glad I did! She really took the time to listen to what I was unhappy with about my previous cut, watched a short video I showed her of the style I was going for, and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she started. I have very thick hair, and Libby did a great job with the layering and texturing while still keeping the length I'm trying to grow out. And most importantly--she listened when I told her not to cut my bangs too short! I'm really happy with my updated cut and have already received several compliments. I also really enjoyed my time at the salon--the atmosphere was welcoming, the conversation was great, and the whole experience was genuinely enjoyable.
