She washed my hair, started cutting my hair, dried it, cut more, then straightened it. Throughout the process, she was very sweet. There was a little bit of a language barrier, but I really enjoyed conversing with her. There was a short period of time when she asked me if I could give her 10 minutes because another client came in. To be honest, I was a tad nervous when the other client walked in because the reviews said that they start rushing which messed some things up, but luckily, Monica took her time. I was not in a rush, so I did not mind her helping another client. I'm glad she asked rather than rushing. I haven't gotten my hair professionally cut in ages.
