Ive had requests for medical records go unanswered. Short of going in face to face don't expect any communication whatsoever from the doctor or staff. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I am searching for a new doctor. This is ridiculous.

Then on top of that ERIN HENREY the nurse practitioner proceeded to say do you want to be seen or not? Mind you my 11 yr old is sitting next to me... I looked at her confused.. she said I heard you had a problem with the staff. I did! Never did she ask why or try to check for understanding or show empathy! I told her about a rash that's been accruing for 3 yrs when I get stressed but this time it's terrible and she proceeds to say it's passion ivy and that I'm sun burnt??!! What!! She goes well if it's been going on for 3 years you should probably go to the dermatologist. I proceeded to ask more questions like you've never seen this before when people are stressed? She literally could not answer a single question and just stared at me.. I also was put on a medication and that was the reason I was there for a follow up and I said I don't think it's working I doubled up on it one day and I felt nothing what can I do and what does it go up too?! And in front of my 11 yr old she said so your abusing drugs!!!!!! My jaw completely dropped????!! It's a weight lose pill that has been prescribed to me!!!! I took an extra dose because I didn't know?? That's why I'm asking you as the practitioner!!!!!! Oh my god!!! Im so disgusted!!!!!!!! Never ever would I recommend this practice and 1000% not ERIN HENRY!! Completely unprofessional and incompetent!! Then lastly as I'm in tears Jessica jordan an amazing women comes in hears me out tells me I have what looks like an auto immune system defect and I need to be seen right away as she is calming me down from crying and having ERIN STORM out of the room while a bunch of nurses watched and gathered in the door way and talking me down because I was horrified from being defeated and humiliated in front my son!!! Jessica shut the door to finish up with me and not even a second later there was a quadruple knock telling Jessica she needed to get me out of the office... omg can you say humiliated, horrified, disgusted! I am a patient that needs to be treated I didn't do anything!! Lastly I called today because my Medication for my rash and other was not called in and Jessica Jorden informed me that I am no longer welcomed there but I do need to be treated quickly!!!! Wow!!! The tears are flowing!!!!!! What a horrible practice!! What a horrible nurse practitioner! Why was I treat this way and in front of my son! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND FAMILY PRACTICE ASSOCIATES!!
