I think 15 years ago it was a tearoom and dead on arrival. Not anymore. I peaked around the corner to see what's the deal Lucille and see about 50 people having lunch. Obviously, someone has engineered a successful restaurant in here I came here trying to find someone interested in buying things I have for sale. It is exactly the type place I needed to be. A nicely currated group of " booths" with ,No Junk! That's right,this place is not a waste of time but a legit source of vintage/ antique collectables. Including furniture,figurines,lamps,mink coats,silver items etc etc. I did infact find a dealer that made me an offer on my stuff and a couple of more to contact about my other stuff. It's hard to sell things these days as interest has wained in with the younger generation. High Street Antiques is perfectly positioned to capture the target audience for those remaining appreciative and desirus of " Old, Lovingly Used, Sentimental" stuff.
