When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or acknowledge that they had caused the damage. It was incredibly frustrating. The previous owners were an elderly Taiwanese couple who provided excellent service and did a great job with dry cleaning. They always charged customers when the clothes were picked up. About a year ago, they sold the business to a younger couple. Since then, they've changed the policy to requiring payment before cleaning. In my opinion, this leaves customers with little protection if their clothes are damaged. Just look at the recent reviews. There are many one-star ratings, including from customers who had been coming here for 10 or even 20 years. If you have valuable or sentimental clothing, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else.
