Just moved to the area and needed to find a reliable dry cleaner. Went in and dropped off a wool coat a friend lent me. The owner was kind and informative. She completed the cleaning in the time that she said it would take. The cost was reasonable. Especially since the label was in a foreign language, she was able to identify and clean it properly. Someone accidentally bumped into me at an event while I was wearing my brand new white blazer and holding a plate full of tacos and salsa. I took my sad-looking white blazer with red taco sauce to Norge thinking that it's probably the end of its short life. Angelina gave me proper expectation and still tried to save it from the garbage bin. My husband has been coming here for the past couple of weeks to get his uniform pressed and unfortunately he brought his jacket to get patched and I know that the owner sent the jacket to a 3rd party to be sewed but this is unacceptable. The thread used should have been yellow and not a dark color because it is very noticeable and it looks like a sloppy job. This looks awful and my husband is very disappointed especially since before having this patched all of his dry cleaning would come out very neat. read more

Just dropped off my bridesmaid silk dress to get steamed/ironed at the San Gabriel location off of Las Tunas. Service was great and the lady (Angelina I believe) behind the counter was very friendly and attentive. Pricing seemed reasonable but not a bargain. She wasn't able to share with me a quote on over the phone and kindly asked that I come in person to have her check out what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the check in process and the promised turnaround time. She made it a point to go over the details of my dress with me just to confirm the existing marks/tears. I was very excited reading the great Yelp reviews and looking for a new dry cleaner. A little far but based on the excellent reviews worth the extra drive. Unfortunately the front desk person did not speak English very well and seemed very confused that I had tablecloths. I told her I had read about Norge and people bring drapery and linens. Highly recommended this place. The owner very nice and friendly. I brought my stuffed animal to this store to clean especially black spot on the fur. I was hoping my stuffed animal turns back to like before. Miracle happened. The owner said I don't need dry clean and she advised don't worry they know how to do it. When I picked up today, it is fabulous fantastic that look like brand new without turn to different shape or not smooth. It is just perfect and even look fluffy than before and like new. This place is trippy. We go here because it's a pain to switch...I am convinced they have a pair of my pants ...we have received a mans shirt that was not ours...I held it hostage until they gave me back the one they had. Okay, so they charge you more for womens shirts...lame. Today I found out that they charge 1 dollar more for womens pants...he said it was because they were lined...well, when I got home only one pair was lined. It chaps my hide that they me that they charge more for my stuff....I mean I thought this was a form of discrimination.. If anyone knows of a better cleaners please let me know.. read more

Stopped by yesterday for the first time after my boss recommended him , I asked him to repair and mend my boyfriends Nike workout pants that had come undone at the seam , the owner said it would be repaired in two days , when the owner noticed that I was a bit pressured for time since I was on lunch , he kindly asked his seamstress to repair them quickly , and he did ! I had some dress shirts made and the owner of the men's store referred me here. This is the GREATEST cleaners I have ever been to. The OWNERS are great and they have their own plant right here so they do not need to send my stuff to a central plant that services 1,000;s of other cleaners. NEVER have my white shirts come back dirty grey because the plant put them in with other colors... PRICE...priceless when you think how much you paid for your clothes and how long you want them to last... read more

I would love to get a regular customer discount, but I don't think that's happening anytime soon, but I'm glad to patronize a local place. Everyone who works there are very cordial and pleasant to talk to. Service is excellent and quality of their job is great. You can also recycle the plastic bags in a container which is a big PLUS for me, so I don't feel guilty of the waste. read more
